The bouquet I ordered was absolutely beautiful. I upgraded the arrangement one notch, to add more flowers than shown and was very happy with the way it turned out! This company is really horrible. I ordered a get well for my MIL who just got out of the hospital to be delivered the same day, but would have been happy for anything to be delivered within a day or two of the order. They switched the date to a month later. I saw that on the email and immediately tried to call. I left two messages and tried to call many times more. I emailed the email on their website too & responded to the email I received from them that had the wrong date. I got no response from them ever. Finally we disputed the charge on the credit card as we didn’t need flowers a month away from the order. We will never use this company again. They have until May to respond to the credit card company, but they just sent these flowers a month later when she’s no longer sick or recovering & we no longer wanted. It’s infuriating.

Sending flowers to someone halfway across the world can be difficult. Do the flowers they receive look as good as what I see on the pages of the web site? Well I can honestly say they are better, the comments I receive from the recipient and their family and friends are always fantastic. Which in turn makes me feel very happy with my gift. Flowers did show up very early in the day which is nice, however they really did not look like the picture. All of the roses were pink, no white ones included at all. Also some of the smaller ones were clearly dying. Overall the arrangement did not have the variety nor elegance that it was portrayed to have. For a local flower store in the Palisades Village I expected better.

The arrangement is lovely and delivery was great. I really like the basic arrangement but paid extra for a "deluxe" version which turned out to be a couple of additional carnations (?!?) which didn't add anything to look or feel of the arrangement. Oh well....I'll stick with the basic next time.

When placing an order online you rely on the photographs they provide on their site. I was sent a photograph of the flowers and balloon, I was delighted they looked like the photo lovely colours and lots of flowers in arrangement.

My order was not delivered at all by 5pm on Valentine’s Day and I had to call to get the update on the order. The order was created right in front of me in 10 minutes and I was handed cash to pay for the delivery that never happened. It was rushed and haphazard and not given any thought or care - the bouquet died 5 days later - not happy at all and will not use this palisades florist again due to the careless nature given to my order. I had to pick it up! Paid a great deal for it too. So sad.

I wanted to order flowers for my mother’s 85th birthday. She lives in California and I didn’t want to rely on a national chain I wanted to call a local florist so I would know they would be a good quality and I would get good customer service. I googled and made a decision to go with
Pacific palisades village florist. I ordered the bouquet online and was surprised at how reasonable the price was for what seemed to be a beautiful arrangement in a lovely purple glass container, purple being my mothers favorite color. I called my mother in the afternoon and she had not yet received the flowers but I wasn’t concerned too much because they are three hours behind me on the East Coast. I called the shop and was surprised to speak To Natalia the owner. She was very customer focused, very friendly and apologetic that The flowers would be delivered later in the afternoon, 430 which to me was still not very late, and said they were a bit behind. She asked me about coordinating the drop off and how she could get into my mothers apartment verified the address and told me she would be in contact with me before she delivered them personally. At around 430 I received a call from her telling me she was on her way to my moms house that she would be there in five minutes could I let my mother know so that she could let her in. I really appreciated the constant updates from her, and the extra care that she took in delivering these. She even apologized again and for her delivering the flowers later in the day and told me she had put additional roses and other flowers into the bouquet as a thank you for my patience. She then texted me to tell me that the flowers have been delivered and placed in front of my mothers door.
My mother called me to tell me she had received the flowers – they were beautiful very full, colorful and very healthy condition and an absolutely stunning arrangement. I always get nervous ordering flowers from my mother and I don’t do it often because every time has seem to have some kind of glitch or the flowers are not healthy or what I expected. In this case it was the total opposite. The customer service was very friendly, constant updating,And the flowers themselves absolutely beautiful. I would not hesitate in recommending this florist to anyone and I highly recommend and think Natalia for her customer focused service and helping to make my mom’s 85th birthday a special one especially since I could not be there in person

THEN - the decorative planter had a sharp spot on the bottom and it scratched our host's glass dining room table!!! We are mortified and owe him a new glass table top - ouch!!!!

Very happy with my first order with Pacific Palisades Village Florist. I was happy to see that on the ordering page, they let me know up front that the vase might not be the same as pictured, and provided a space for me to make a special request to use the lovely vase in the picture. After I placed the order, a lady called and told me that they didn't have that vase, and she texted me several options to choose from. I chose the one I liked and when the order was being delivered, they sent me a picture of what it looked like. Amazing! Great support and communication. I called the shop to see if I could make some special requests, the shop was so accommodating to my needs. I really wanted to see how beautiful the arrangement was going to be in order to continue buying arrangements from the shop in the future . I had selected the zen artistry arrangement and when I tell you it was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. Now the real MVP is Catalina the shop owner because she went back to the house to ensure she got it to the exact spot I requested the flowers be delivered to and it was no easy task . The arrangement is very beautiful but far smaller than expected. I ordered the deluxe size and I would say it was considerably smaller as shown on the website. It was not clear the online image reflected the premium size, but even so it seems to be too small by comparison. The receiver appreciated its beauty.

I received a gracious phone call soon after I placed the order, to let me know that they didn't have the exact flowers in stock that i had ordered but they could make something of a similar size. I've used your delivery service before and have always been happy. However, the bouquet wasn't as advertised, the vase was supposed to be purple metallic, on arrival the vase was a clear glass vase, and I was really disappointed. Hence the two stars. I understand the flowers may differ depending on the season, but I would have liked to have been notified that the vase was unavailable, as I would have chosen something else. This was a gift.

I found the same arrangement on 1800 flowers for a lot cheaper but decided to place the order with Pacific Palisades Village Florist so I can guarantee that the actual floral arrangement matched its look and description online.
I'm disappointed to say that it did not. The colors were off, fuchsia/hot pink instead of the pale pink roses. The arrangement was also light on the chrysanthemums and statice and so made less of a statement.

I placed an order on a Thursday at around 9:00 AM. I chose same day delivery. This was very important to me as I had forgotten a friend's birthday the day before and wanted to get something to her as quickly as possible. I received a call from the shop about 3-4 hours later saying they could not deliver it that day. I was offered an upgrade on the bouquet for delivery the next day. I declined. The whole point was to have the flowers delivered quickly. I cancelled the order and found another florist who delivered them a few hours later.

Very disappointed. I knew at @ a hundred bucks I wasn't ordering a giant arrangement but this looked like it could fit in the palm of my hand. I didn't even notice it on the Passover table until my Host pointed it out. If this is all I get for that price, then the store photos need to show arrangements in context so we can judge the size. Very embarrassed.
