My experience ordering went well. I made a mistake on my online ordering so I had to call in and they were extremely helpful and nice. My niece said the flowers were beautiful. I did not get a picture so unfortunately I did not get to see them.

It was my first time ordering from Ostara Florist and they did a great job! It was a same day delivery and it was an easy online transaction and I was notified when they were delivered. My family member sent me a picture and was very happy.

These were to be delivered on Oct 14. Due to hurricane Milton and no power (coolers were down), they called to see they could deliver on Friday. I said of course. They delivered a beautiful arrangement, with the butterfly I requested. The recipient was so pleased. Bought a ray of sunshine to what had been a very stressful week.
Definitely will use them again and recommend them!

I wanted to send a fresh fruit basket as well as a peace lily in memory of a lost parent from NY to Land o Lake. I saw the wonderful reviews of this local florist, so placed an order. Ordered this for a birthday present about 2 weeks early. When they arrived, she was thrilled. We could not have known she would have contracted COVID that week. Said when she felt bad, she would just look at the arrangement and that helped cheer her up. Fresh, beautifully arranged and on time delivery. Great job!!

Flagler Floral really created a beautiful arrangement! The flowers truly brightened my wife's day as she celebrated her birthday. That said, I did feel that the delivery person definitely left a bit to be desired. We were home at the time of delivery, however, the doorbell was never rung and we didn't receive a knock at the door to let us know the flowers were arriving. If we did not have our video doorbell we would even know that the flowers had arrived. Fortunately, I looked outside in time toes the driver pulling away. We checked our video doorbell and found that the driver never rang the bell.

The website was easy to use and there were many beautiful arrangements to choose from. We ordered the Warm Embrace bouquet and opted to add to the cost a little to get more flowers mixed in.
