Once again, you came through on a birthday present for a family member. I waited until the day before my sister's birthday to make the order. As a result, I was nervous about it arriving on time. It did arrive on time and the plant was beautiful!! Thanks so much! you guys are great!!!

We ordered these flowers for my father in laws funeral. Upon arrival I was very happy with the size and arrangement of the flowers . It was beautiful. However , in the photo online the hydrangeas are a bluish color. The ones in our arrangement are white. I really wanted that color pop, so that was disappointing. Other than that they were gorgeous. Order flowers for Mother's Day and they were delivered right on schedule. The next day the flowers were dead and by Monday they were dead, dead. Called the florist and revived no response. BEYOND Disappointed. I am filing a complaint with Better Business and a dispute with my credit card company. Flower should not die in 24 hours.

I ordered flowers online and was concerned as to whether or not they would arrive on time and if they would be as pretty as was shown on the site.
Needless to say, the flowers arrived in plenty of time and were absolutely gorgeous.
I appreciate the fact that everything worked out perfectly and I have no concerns about using your company again in the future.
We all live so far away from each other nowadays it’s good to know who to contact when the occasions arise.

I have ordered from this store 4 times now, both online and by phone. The flowers are above and beyond what I expect every time! The arrangements are full of flowers and they last. The arrangements I have got all lasted at least 2 weeks! I ordered several arrangements on my last order for a valentine's party and the number of roses I received was astounding. As I am writing this review 3/7/24 I still have about 10 roses that are alive & gorgeous. I felt compelled to write about my experiences when I saw a bad review pop up for this store. I have had the polar opposite experience and I highly recommend this store. All I can think is that since this site is ran through a 3rd party, BloomNation, perhaps the store never got the emails the reviewer was complaining about. As a business owner I have had a similar issue with a 3rd party site. Not sure why that customer didn't just pick up the phone and call? I can state undoubtedly this store would have made things right, they are very pleasant and professional folks.

Please find my recent experience below - my Valentine's flowers started dying within a day and were totally gone within four days. I sent several emails with absolutely no response...!
The emails are in reverse order so please start from the bottom to find the first one sent 2/18 - I can't believe I never received any response.
Sent today:
I now understand the terrible customer service and subpar flowers received - I thought this was the Orchid Florist but you are just trying to use the name of a closed business to garner business for your company. Shady.
I will simply leave a negative review.

N has been sending me flowers from the Orchid Florist for over 10 years (latest was last month!) and we have NEVER had an issue with quality - until now. I have so many pictures of the beautiful flowers he has sent me over the years - I didn't even bother talking a pic of this delivery.
The very pricey bouquet was 'iffy' when received - it was one sided not full (flowers from mid to one side and mostly filler ferns mid to the other side) so I couldn't even put it on the dining table - I didn't want to hurt his feelings so as I placed the scratched up, fern stuffed vase in the corner on the counter I, truthfully, told him that they usually look better with time as flowers open and fill-in. The very next day 2 of the pink roses were hanging dead - tossed them before he got home...day 2 yellowing on a few of the lilies and browning spots on most of the pink roses with more hanging dead - filler ferns starting to dry out...day 3 more of the same but also add-in dead red roses...continues every day.
Before you ask, I absolutely love receiving flowers and can assure you I know how to take care of them and I typically enjoy my deliveries for weeks...I have never had flowers die the day after delivery - sadly, I am ready to toss these and was literally ready to less than 4 days after receipt.
Perhaps you're using a new vendor or bouquets were made too soon in advance but I sincerely hope this was a one-off incident.
I hate to send this email as I have had nothing but wonderful experiences in the past. I would appreciate a response informing me what will be done to rectify this situation - a full refund and new bouquet delivery is expected but I leave it to you and the owners to decide how to treat this experience and us as long time customers.

Ordering from the website was easy and streamlined, and delivery was on time. Most importantly, my aunt said that the arrangement was beautiful and "they couldn't fit another rose into the vase."
