I ordered a “magical desert birthday” arrangement by phone from overseas for my daughter’s birthday, and the final creation far exceeded my expectations! Kristin

We contracted them for wedding flowers and they delivered absolutely stunning arrangements! Although it was a relatively low-budget wedding, the flowers brought it all together so nicely. The florists were very communicative and delivered precisely on-time. I cannot recommend them enough!

I picked a bouquet that did not included lilies- poisonous to cats and sending them to an animal hospital for a vet tech. The vase had a cat on it even. Even though the original pic did not have lilies, I still wrote to not add lilies please. They added lilies. Second, they sent me a pic of the flowers before delivery. They did not look great. They sent a second pic, which had more flowers and I had paid to upgrade the bouquet, so it looked better. Still not nearly as nice as the advertised photo. The delivery fee was nearly as much as the flowers, which was same day but still, a lot. My friend loved them, so I’m glad, but I would not order from them again.

Good morning Kelly, we are very sorry that the experience with us was not as expected and you were frustrated about it. As for your special instruction not to include lilys, this was attended to and were not included, the arrangement had mini roses, Lisianthus, Alstroemeria, Matsumoto, veronicas and greens. The flower that looks like a lily is actually a similar look called the Alstroemeria.
Please understand that flowers are seasonal and as it is written in the description below the flowers they may vary at different times of year however, we do everything possible to match the current seasons flowers to match the photo on the website.

About the delivery I can tell you that our studio is in Mesa and the distance traveled to Phoenix is 31 miles, we know that it is a higher than average delivery fee due to the distance and we can offer you a 50% refund of the delivery cost which you will receive in 1 - 2 days.

They did an excellent job of delivering a beautiful bouquet at a good price.

The arrangement was better than expected. Fresh beautiful flowers and a quick and timely delivery. I highly recommend One of a kind flowers and gifts. Not your typical florist. They create a work of art!
