This review comes rather late...just like the delivery of the flowers I ordered for my wife for our anniversary. I ordered these flowers to be delivered to my wife's office. The driver ended up calling my wife at 4pm, just as she was about to leave the office. Instead, he asked for our home address. Okay, fine. He's running behind, maybe he's busy. I got home around 5:30pm and the flowers still hadn't been delivered. We finally heard a knock on the door at 6:30pm. I opened the door to see the flowers on the ground. The delivery driver could have at least handed them off and apologized for the long delivery time. I understand that day-of delivery doesn't guarantee delivery at a specific time, but still--a nearly 12 hour delivery time is a bit much. Either way, wife was happy.

I had ordered these for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. What had arrived was not what I thought I was getting from looking at the picture. There were only dark pink/purple tulips and there seemed to be half as many in the vase than what was shown. It arrived on time but quality and quantity could have been better.

Good but could have been better. More communication, quicker response when the delivery was made. Maybe a description of the delivery IE was the delivery in person and to whom or left and where was the delivery left.
Also if the delivery was left then take a picture to prove it was delivered.

I received this beautiful bouquet on 3/29/24. It was stunning in person and even seemed to have more flowers than pictured on the website photo. I would like to mention that the delivery could have been handled a little bit better. I was away from home and received a text message that the floral delivery was left at my front door. I sent a text back and said I was not going to be home for another 30 minutes. The flowers were wrapped at the bottom, but all open on top and propped up against my front door. It would have been nice for someone to reach me in advance so I could be home or perhaps re-deliver the flowers when I returned home. Thank you, Terry Cole

The recipient of this floral arrangement sent me a picture of what she received. I was pleased to know that it was delivered as requested and promised. However, the actual arrangement that she received was in a glass vase, which was not reflected in the picture presented on your website or above. Disappointed, because it was exactly your picture on the website that sold me on using your florist and that arrangement in the first place!! It appears to be uniquely different and special, with the arrangement placed in a colorful decorative box, square and much fuller with beautiful flowers and fillers to complement.. I will not use your florist again. I should have expected this with you having the need to post a disclaimer clause regarding substitutions. Why post a picture if you’re not to replicate? So misleading!!!

I ordered the flower for birthday gift for a business partner. I asked them to deliver the flower before 12pm if possible. Their business hours is 8 am to 5pm, but they couldn't make it until 5:30pm on the delivery day. It is so unprofessional.

Had never used these guys before, but I would say it was all positive. Their web site was problem free. I sent a good friend a bouquet, which she loved. She sent me a picture and it was exactly what was represented, so that was great because we know it doesn’t always work out that way. I would definitely recommend them.

Granted it was a last minute order, in the picture it shows slightly more than a dozen tulips. When I ordered the arrangement I chose deluxe arrangement. Tell me why, I just received a handful of tulips and little effort into the arrangement. I have paid about the same if not less for more quality arrangement and more flowers. Definitely not what I expected from the flower shop.

Honestly, I never write bad reviews. I hear the flowers look beautiful. However, they did not arrive until late into the evening on the day I had asked for them to be delivered. There was no communication from them as to what was going on, and when I called mid day to inquire as to what was going on to be sure they were still going to be delivered, I did get a person answering the phone, but they garbled something like “ I don’t have the address “ which they clearly did. Then they abruptly hung up. When I tried calling back I did not get an answer. This is not what I expected when I ordered flowers to be delivered.

The floral arrangement was similar to the picture, but certainly underwhelming. I was actually excited for my friend to receive the arrangement. Once I seen what was received I was a little embarrassed. This order came up short and the decorative foliage and baby breaths cheapened the aesthetic and weren’t included in the original picture.

I ordered flowers a day in advance for a friends birthday. At 3pm on delivery day, I still had not received confirmation of delivery. I called Noble Garden and was told the flowers were out for delivery. At 7pm, there still was no delivery. I emailed the company as no one answered the phone. At 10pm, the flowers were finally delivered, as my friend was getting into bed…7 hours after he told me they were out for delivery. I called the next day and spoke with the Noble Garden owner about my disappointment with the delivery time. I was told that due to Valentine’s Day, deliveries are taking longer to deliver (mind you, it was February 2nd). I asked for a refund because 10pm is not an acceptable delivery time and the owner then told me that he didn’t have to refund me because I didn’t pay a delivery fee, to which I responded “so not paying a delivery fee means I get crap service?” He also claimed that this information about a valentines rush and late delivery was clearly outlined on his website which was a complete lie. I was never notified of any of this…and again, it was February 2nd, almost 2 weeks before actual Valentine’s Day. Beware of ordering from this company if you want a delivery before 10pm, honest delivery times, or a company willing to make things right when they mess up.

I ordered this arrangement a couple of days ago. The website said the option I chose would look similar to the pic. Well… it came two times (and by two times I mean two times) skinnier, no chrysanthemums (or substitution) included, less greenery, the red branches didn’t look nearly as pretty. I very much appreciate your quick response to my “last minute” inquiry for a birthday bouquet.
I am out of town traveling and there are 6 birthdays to acknowledge in the last 10 days.
Since peonies are one of my favorite flowers, it wasn’t more than a moment to realize that this was the bouquet I wanted to have delivered to my son’s girlfriend for her birthday on Monday.
However, after receiving the photo of the arrangement, I was surprised to see pink roses along with the three peonies, instead of all peonies in the bouquet.
Would you kindly provide a reason why? And if that what was only available, why there wasn’t a phone call to let me know otherwise?

Only received 9 tulips, not as many as shown in the picture. Also, much less greenery and no butterfly as shown in the picture. The worst thing about it was the tulips were wilted. Some with stems completely bent over. I sent an email to customer service. I'm no florist, but I would never send out such a measly wilted bouquet.

So, I think if you can send a picture of the order before delivery, or even have the option to ask for the picture of the person receiving the gift, can help your business a lot!

However, the sample photos shows mostly ranunculas with a few accent roses and the delivered bouquet was primarily roses with just a few ranunculas. I think that cheapened the bouquet so don’t feel the cost matches what was delivered. Still, the arrangement was full and very speedy.

I ordered this arrangement for a friend and I can’t help but wonder if the description / image is incorrect. I checked the description before ordering to be sure and it said that the regular arrangement (not deluxe, etc) would look similar to the one in the image. The deluxe and higher options indicated that there would be more flowers. While my friend was happy to receive her arrangement, I noticed that she received approximately half the blooms shown in the image. Two orchids. Four roses. Maybe one eucalyptus sprig, all inserted into the hydrangea. For the price, I was disappointed, but did not mention to her. The flowers looked to be in good condition though, and maybe this was a one-off situation.

Very nice bouquet, delivered on the scheduled delivery date with a personalized note. My only minor comment is that there were no updates from Bloom Nation or the florist - and if you check out as a guest, there’s no way to track your order. So that was a little frustrating as the bouquet arrived much later in the evening (6:30 pm) and I couldn’t reach anyone at either Bloom Nation’s customer service line or the florist’s number when I called at 4:45 pm for an update. Other than that, all was good. Would just be great to get tracking updates so we are aware of the progress of the order.

The bouquet was delivered early in the afternoon which I was happy to hear, rather than late in the day. My daughter loves the tulips and was very pleased. She sent a photo to me and I was a little surprised that there were fewer tulips than I had hoped. I had a choice of three levels. I chose the "deluxe." The diagram didn't show exactly how many tulips were included in each of the three levels. I asked my daughter to count, and she reported twenty. My recommendation would be that an exact number of tulips could be ordered.

The recipient thought the flower arrangement was beautifully done.The flowers were artistically styled down to hiding the flower stems in the glass vase as well as extremely fresh. The greenery with white/blush pink flowers in a large vase provided an elegant expression of thinking of you during your loss. I wish I could attach the photos showing the nice size of the arrangement, which can be used as a center piece or next to a photograph (in memory). The on-line order form allows you to write notes to the florist for customization. I highly recommended this florist, exceptional value for high quality fresh flowers, delivers on time and wide delivery radius.

The flowers looked beautiful. However, the Premium size that I picked was about the size of the bouquet on the website's photo of the least expensive type. I'm also not sure why the price charged was $144 (before taxes and service charge) and not $120 shown for the Premium bouquet. Delivery was seamless and flowers were very fresh. The flowers looked beautiful and the recipient was incredibly happy with them. To me, however they were not arranged quite as pictured. It’s a minor thing, the pink roses were bunched together in the centre and the purple flowers were not quite the same and also mostly in the centre rather then spread throughout the arrangement. That said it was still a very beautiful arrangement. Delivery was prompt and overall I am very impressed with the design, quality and the service. I live in the U.K. and have been trying different florist to send flowers to my family in LA for years. Noble Garden seems the highest quality. The designs of the arrangement are really striking. I will definitely be using again.

Saw what was sent and was surprised with the color scheme. Chose this because it was white based with light pink and the substitution policy mentioned that color scheme will be kept the same. But what was sent was bright flamboyant pink… not the best for a 1year memorial sympathy flower.
I understand flower substitution happens with seasons and etc… but It would have been nice to get a notification email.
