To say there were substitutions, in the flowers included in the arrangement, is putting it mildly. I know the ordering form says you reserve the right to substitute, but the arraignment did not come close to looking like the picture presented.

The flowers were perfect just like the picture. I was concerned initially because the reviews on yelp noted how the flowers looked different but it looked just like on the website. I ordered that day in the afternoon and they were delivered around 4:30 pm. I spoke to a girl on the phone to make sure the flowers looked like the website and she was super sweet and helpful. The person who delivered the flowers called me to confirm the address and place. Will order from again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
