Lots of hidden fees that nearly doubled the price. Flowers arrived around 5:30pm so if you are trying to send these during business hours know they likely won't make it in time. Flowers themselves look good.

I would love to know what additional fees you paid. Please send me an email of extra fees you wrote you paid. I will definitely review it. I am sorry if your delivery was at 5:30 pm. Due to Covid-19 like many other businesses we are short staffed and in case of your order going to Irvine with the fire started in that area, we were thinking to cancel all orders going to that area and were checking the road closures hourly. Eventually we postponed 3 of the orders to following days and took the risk to send the rest. Yours was one of those we decided to send. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
