From NY I ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday and they called to say there were a couple flowers shown in the online photo that weren’t available. She said she would put it together with those replacements and text me a pic.
What great customer service and my daughter loved it and sent us a nice pic.

While the flowers were lovely, there were a few things that could have been improved. 1) I believe someone forgot, or missed, that our order was in given my phone conversation with your company at 1:30 ish when the flowers weren't here yet 2) the arrangement wasn't well balanced. There were blank spots that the flowers weren't in. Even the delivery driver was trying to adjust the flowers into the blank spots 3) The flower buds were falling off. They were either old or got knocked around before they arrived.
