I decided to go with a different brand that I like better, but I should definitely change the picture on my website. The honey is exactly the same though. I appreciated the text message communication regarding delivery. That was a very nice feature. You can also send texts with questions. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this option. The bouquet was pretty, but not exactly as featured in the photo. Perhaps because it was Valentine's Day and there was a shortage of flowers? I had hoped that by not picking the traditional red roses that would not happen, but it seems Valentine's is a tough time to send flowers.

Naples Gift Baskets and Floral did a nice arrangement it wasn't the same as online picture. Roses were around the lower bottom not thru out and another white flower included. Still was very beautiful arrangement and our future daughter loved them. That's all that matters.

The basket was beautiful and just as expected. The night before the basket was to be delivered I found out my brother in law was leaving town the next day by 10am. I called and left a late night message in hopes that Naples gift baskets would hear the message in the morning. I actually received a text that night that they would be able to get the basket delivered before he left town. I was impressed that they went above and beyond to get it there early.
