In the past, i have used east bay florists with abysmal service. So when i selected Nancys off the internet, i did not expect much..
I received regular emails to advise of order's status. When the intended birthday recipient called to thank me, she was overjoyed! She loved the arrangement, especially the pink roses...she truly felt "special!" I thought, Nancys really came through!
I later received a picture of arrangement. It was a lovely array of "like" flowers, tho gerberas and hydrangias looked a tad wilted...all in all i was pleased with the service, timely delivery and mostly, that my friend was so happy! Thank you!

Definitely using Nancy’s Flowers for all future floral needs. Ordering flower arrangements for delivery out of state always makes me nervous, but they killed it. Amazing customer service from Nancy herself in regards to delivery, as well as a lovely arrangement. Nancy had reached out to me via text to update me that she had contacted the receiver directly to make sure she is home. Unfortunately, the receiver was away for a birthday adventure and wouldn't be home until 6pm. Nancy informed me that she will be making the delivery once the receiver is back home. Which she did after hours and sent me a text that the flowers were delivered. My friend loved the arrangements. Thanks Nancy for making sure it got into her hands and not left at the door as I thought may happen.

Had a wonderful experience ordering a funeral wreath from Nancy's Flowers. The arrangement ("Memorial Garden") was absolutely gorgeous, unique, and was unlike anything else I have ever seen at a funeral. I am from Chicago and needed to find a florist who could deliver to a church for funeral services by 8:00AM. I was so happy I found Nancy's site. Not only did she agree to my requested delivery time, she also customized my arrangement to my specific colors and size.
