I ordered a large bouquet as a birthday gift for my best friend. I ordered them online through the website. In the requests/comments sections I requested an elegant bouquet, no bright colors or country fresh look. The request must have been overlooked because that was exactly the look of the bouquet. All bright colors, with sunflowers and Gerbera daisies and frankly it was very generic looking. I was so disappointed. I called and the woman I spoke to was nice about it & apologized, that is why I gave them 2 stars.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
