Mandee was easy to work with but the centerpieces were not very full in the vase. They looked a little incomplete

Thank you for your feedback Nancy. We’re sorry the centerpieces weren’t to your satisfaction. Of the three estimates you were provided, you chose the centerpiece with only 5 stems of stock and 2 sunflowers. What we ended up providing you were centerpieces of 8 stems of snapdragon and sweet pea (more expensive than the stock), foliage and yellow aster, and 3 sunflowers per vase. We upgraded the arrangements to make them fuller at no additional cost. However, if you were unhappy we want to make it right so I will be emailing you something shortly. Thanks again.

The bouquet was really nice when it arrived but everything died within 36 hours. I ordered a different bouquet from a different florist on the same day and it's still going strong almost a week later. A little bit disappointed with how quickly everything degraded with this one.
