The flower arrangement was very nice, and my girlfriend really appreciated it.
I’m not sure what the point is of sending out emails that say “Your flowers have been hand delivered” if they haven’t been hand delivered to the intended recipient. The location it was being delivered to was an office with a shared address, so I specified the name of the office on the delivery. The flowers were instead delivered to a restaurant in the same building. I had to tell her about the delivery so she could go find the flowers, which completely ruined the surprise.

The florist called to confirm the order and we were able to move the delivery to Monday. I forgot Friday was a half day at my daughters school and these were for her teacher. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
