Pretty disappointed. I upgraded my order for a fuller arrangement and when my mom received it, it was small and one-sided. There were no flowers on the back side of the arrangement. Not sure what my extra money went towards because it doesn’t look anything like the picture on the website and very minimal flowers.

We pride ourselves in the quality, freshness and value of our arrangements - We also welcome customer feedback but feel your two stars review is unwarranted as the arrangement you chose is considered a one-sided arrangement therefore there would not be flowers in what you refer to as the back side - Also the arrangement was upgraded to value - roses and extra mums were added to bring it to the "Deluxe" level - I wish i could post a picture of the Fall Fields Bouquet that you ordered and the much fuller arrangement that your recipient happily received . I feel confident in the fact that we fulfilled your order as requested

The flowers were pretty and arranged very well. The container was very undesirable and looked nothing like the one in the picture. I was aware of the substitution policy, but disappointed that better selection wasn’t made.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
