The peonies were supposed to be replaced with a vase of garden roses which consisted of a few garden roses with all filler flowers. Too expensive for what was delivered.

The photos on the website don’t match true to in person. I had bought a deluxe $164 Queens Court Arrangement and the arrangement size in person was embarrassing. The flowers were nice quality but I would think if the picture had ivy around the edges it would not be completely other leaf. It’s disappointing considering the vase and the size didn’t match to the picture. Quite disappointing

I had ordered the double tri colored orchid lei for my wife's 60th Birthday. The day before the celebration I had made arrangements to pick up the lei. What I had actually received was far removed from the photo on the webpage. The lei I had picked up was single strand - not double which I distinctly ordered, and the orchid flowers were in poor shape. The quality of the lei at the price I paid was substandard and unacceptable. It would have been insulting to present this to my wife. In order to salvage my loss, purchased two orchid leis at Costco, less than half the price of Menlo Park Florist and far better quality. Never again.

If I could five a rating of zero I would. Very unprofessional florist. After leaving a voicemail to follow up on the delivery not received, I called the florist again only to be put in contact the owner who grew frustrated with my questions. She lost it… ranting and raving about being overwhelmed and tired she blew up and called me a B!itch. Can you believe that?
I am the patron who supported her business and she called me a “B”… WOW… last time I’ll ever order from this florist.

My arrangement was not delivered until 9PM and the doorbell was not rung nor did I receive a phone call notification of the delivery, so they sat outside on the doorstep for 12 hours before being noticed. On top of that, the arrangement was nothing like the image of what I ordered. I called the phone number the next business day and was directed to an offshore representative in the Philippines, which does not feel like supporting local. She assured me the business owner would call or email me within the day, and I have not received any communication besides this request for a review. A very disappointing experience - would not recommend.

My friend recently received a flower arrangement, but it was quite disappointing. It looked nothing like the one advertised, and instead was a cheap arrangement with only a single rose and some flower fillers. It was more like a designer choice arrangement than anything else. I wouldn't recommend this service based on this experience. it.

Flowers were pretty. However, the wrong greeting card was provided with the flowers. Rather than a birthday card, recipient received a congratulations on your new bundle of joy. Clearly the card was mixed up with another arrangement’s card because envelope noted a different company on it. The main envelope attached did state the correct recipient name and address. I called driver to let them know and they offered to bring another card (which I declined).

My flowers never got delivered on last Friday and had paid $25 USD for that. I called on Tuesday to check and was told that there was a mistake and that they will deliver it today(tuesday). It's Saturday now and the flowers are yet to be delivered. I wasted over $125 CAD for flowers that were never delivered.

The birthday arrangement for my neighbor was spectacular! She took several photos right away and rushed over to share them and thank us. The florist went above and beyond. I only wish it was delivered earlier in the day rather than late afternoon. I will specify next time as there will definitely be a next time. Many thanks Menlo Park Florist.

This is the bouquet we ordered, but the bouquet that was delivered appeared very different in the photo our recipient sent. The roses were in a cluster and they other elements were not dispersed or arranged as pictured. Our recipient was grateful for our thought and appreciated the bouquet BUT it wasn't what we had expected to be delivered.

Flowers looked nothing like the picture. The picture shows a wide range of colors whereas delivered flowers looked like a left over wedding bouquet of all pale orange flowers. Very disappointed.

Once payment sent, service was terrible. I requested pic be text, never did and got snotty, would not send again (arrangement not to par)
Flowers not delivered directly to hospital room as agreed on they left with security was not received until the next day, also the flowers didn't look anything like the arrangement requested Cindy's florist and Menlo Park florist have same address, website and phone number, also in diffrent city be cautious of these companies.

I paid almost $200 for a specific flower arrangement thinking I was ordering from Menlo botanica (my usual florist). When I typed in a search for menlo botanica I inadvertently got on the Menlo florist web site (was in a rush and not paying attention which is my fault). The flowers that came looked nothing like the desired arrangement and the flowers that came were substandard with browning around the edges of the roses. Completely unacceptable. Stay away from this obvious scam (Menlofloristonline.com). I tried to attach a picture but it would not let me.

They were not able to deliver the money tree I initially ordered but did have a peace lily instead and were able to deliver same day. The owner Cindy was very helpful on the phone and the delivery was made promptly at the time they promised. Thank you! The recipient loved their plant and balloon.

Im typically not someone that writes reviews, but this was necessary. I had an order for $155. A few flowers wilted & died the next day. I was supposed to get 25 cupcakes (which had stellar reviews). Instead, I had to call and see when my order would be delivered to my GF. The woman claims she was “just about to call me” because the cupcakes hadn’t gotten in. So Instead she offered me a small cake or 10 cookies. She said the cookies were large (the size of our hand) and they were frosted. They were the size of our palm, and they were half dipped in chocolate. I’m extremely disappointed in the product that I received for the decent amount of money that I spent. I wasn’t offered any money back for the inconvenience. I probably will never use this business again & recommend people take their money elsewhere. Hopefully they can fix their inventory issues.

When we arrived at the church at 10:30am the flowers were not anywhere in the sanctuary. After we left the funeral at the church and graveside, we asked the family if the received them amd they showed us the 3 other arrangements that were delivered and ours was not among those. After the reception we called the shop as we were on our way out of town and was told they were delivered at 8:30am but no one seemed to see them. I just hate spending over $100 and have nothing to show for it. I thought with going with a local florist that this would not happen...not very satisfied and will probably not go through this company again.

Flowers got delivered without issues and the flowers were great. I'm not giving it 5 starts cause I thought the card was going to be printed, not handwritten. Specially important when on the checkout process they show you how the card would look like. I wrote the message in spanish, the card looked terrible.

I ordered this arrangement for my relative who recently experienced a devastating loss. I am not familiar with the area, therefore I found Menlo and found the arrangements very captivating and thought this would be the perfect way to lift her spirits. When she showed me what was delivered, it was not anything like the photograph. I understand the existing substitution policy, but the white roses were indeed used in the delivered arrangement, however, the execution looked as though someone fetched a bouquet of roses from a local market, and placed them into a vase.

The order has not been delivered at all while it should has been done yesterday. I ordered the flowers for my close friend to make a surprise for her birthday, but since yesterday there is no any information from Menlo Park Florist. I specifically left a comment to contact the recepient before a delivery,but no one has called. I called them today but they hung up and are not answering the calls as well as on my messages in WhatsApp. The surprise was ruined,I even cannot get money back. It is so disappointing.

Horrible experience - I wish zero stars were an option. The flowers were not delivered and when I called the next day to find out what happened, the florist said they would deliver them that day. When I called back to cancel, the florist complained I had called too early, insulted me (“I was born in city X and you are an embarrassment to city X ” referring to the city where I live) and hung up. She then texted insisting the flowers were delivered. Instead of the flowers being a nice surprise, I had to ask the recipient to review security camera footage to confirm they were never delivered. I emailed Bloomnation to share what happened. They had the florist redeliver against my wishes even though I let them know I had already disputed the charge with the credit card company and contacted a different florist. In the end, the flowers look like a $15.99 bouquet from a grocery store, I paid double for flowers to be sent to my friend as I had already ordered through a competent florist, and I wasted a good chunk of my Saturday on this nonsense. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I keep trying to give this florist a chance, because I prefer to buy from privately owned, local businesses. But I'm done. Last year, it took several attempts to get multiple orders delivered to the recipients. This year, it seems to have worked, but the photo from my stepmother shows withered, limp and brown pedals on the flowers. For $150 for a minimum level order, I expect those flowers to be perfect. Absolutely unacceptable. Next!
