Hands down the best customer service came thru in delivering a beautiful arrangement even tho they were close for the day

Beautiful flowers highly recommend.

I love that they called me due to changes from the nite I left. She asked which other color I wanted because they didn’t have what I originally wanted. Smoothe and speedy delivery. Flowers looked beautiful and the whole arrangement was above expectations.

On the picture or discription it doesnt say anying about the diamonds in roses. My wife is more simple and not flashy, so i ordered them because on the picture they are nice and simple. When they got delivered they were flashy with diamonds not like in the photo. I suggest you update your discription or check with customers b4 adding extras. Its not everyones style. The was a bit disappointing.

I had picked a white arrangement but I assume they ran out without listing it online since she received a black one instead.
