Customer service was great. Delivery was wonderful and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!

Delivery date and time were perfect as was the arrangement. Only negative was that they left the flowers at the door and didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell so the flowers were sitting outside in the heat for a while.

This is my second order from Magnolia and I am, again, very happy with their quality of flower arrangements and delivery service. I live very far away and took a chance on ordering from them and I am very happy I did. I highly recommend them!

flowers were not delivered. the store does not answer their phone to solve the issue. they take orders outside of their delivery area and then contract uber services. And I think we all know how unreliable that can be.

Mr. Mike, Uber's courier service helps us cover remote areas where drivers may not be able to go due to a different route for the day. We've never had an incident before where a floral arrangement didn't reach its destination because we can track the driver's route and have evidence that the driver went to the correct address and delivered it at 4:05 pm yesterday. You mentioned that the person 'didn't thank you' for the flowers and wanted a second arrangement for free today, but we have proof that it was delivered to the location you specified.

Magnolia Florist came through when needed on the spot moment. Beautifully arranged bouquet. Thank you very much Magnolia Florist! Will use again and refer.

The “delivery” was an Uber driver who sat in the driveway and honked loudly until someone came out the get the flowers. Additionally, while the colors of the flowers were similar, there were no tulips in the bouquet as pictured. They were replaced with cheaper flowers. Very disappointed and will not be using this business again.
