The flowers were beautiful, although I do recommend the flowers be put in a longer vase since they kept tipping over because the flowers were too heavy and the vase was too short (small for the flowers). Other than that the flower arrangement was beautiful.

Amazing experience. Great customer service with the staff. I had to change the delivery address two days prior to the delivery date and the staff was so helpful. Really liked that they sent a picture and text of what was being delivered before it went out. My girlfriend was so happy and she loved it! They even threw complimentary ballons for the occasion, they didn't have to but that showed me a lot about this flower shop. Definitely gonna keep using them!

I called the shop in regards to my order when I realized it did not come with a vase. They were able to do an add-on before the delivery so the recipient didn't need to find a vase big enough for the arrangement. I really appreciated the update from the shop regarding estimated time of arrival to the recipient! I get sooo excited when I send flowers and the anticipation kills me not knowing when they will arrive. I also really appreciated a photo of the flowers before they were delivered so I could see exactly what the recipient would be getting. Overall, the customer service and communication was great- probably the best experience I've had with any of the flower shops I've worked ordered from to date! My most sincere gratitude to the team at Maggie's Flower Shop!!!

The roses were great! The only issue was that the delivery woman delivered the wrong bouquet, dropped them off and left. She came back and said oh wait those aren’t yours and dropped off her actual bouquet and left. lol but other than that they were beautiful!

This $300 arrangement was late and dropped on the floor at the church. Flowers arrived minutes, after the funeral had already started. If you could not be there before 10am, you should have notified me. The 2 delivery girls also dropped the arrangement outside, in the walkway to get into the church, as late guests were still walking in. Arrangement was ruined, flowers were scattered everywhere. None of this is ok. Not what we expected for the price.
