The arrangement that I paid over $218 for looked awful and I won’t ever use the service again , because it was not worth using it if the florist send old dead flowers ‼️ The arrangement was so awful until I filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau

I had purchased a wonderful arrangement for my wife's birthday in August and was looking forward to a beautiful Valentine's arrangement. What I got, for $155, was a small little arrangement. There was nothing inherently wrong with it other than the fact that it was in no way an arrangement worth $155. I guess it's back to 1 800 flowers.

Totally understand that flowers may differ from the photo, but we were pretty disappointed in what was delivered to our friend. The arrangement wasnt a gorgeous, low profile design like pictured. And the substitutions of greenery and florals honestly felt like a big downgrade. We didnt feel like we got what we paid for. A better representation photo is probably needed for this one.

The arrangement pictured above was not what was sent. The family sent me the photo of what was sent for the funeral. I am not able to insert the photo but the vase was white and the flowers primarily red, which was not what I wanted for a funeral. I would have appreciated a telephone call to let me know that the arrangement was being changed given than I paid over $250.

When I got to the store, there was no record of my order. I showed them my confirmation # & the employee working was so nice-said they had extras & relayed that this had been an issue with online orders.
I appreciated it (it wasn’t her fault) but chose LUSH for a reason-I hope this won’t be an issue in the future.

So I understand that sometimes flowers may not be in season and you have to substitute with others but, the delivery looked nothing like the photo. One of the reasons I chose this display is because of the hydrangeas and eucalyptus. And neither of these were in the display delivered. I could have gotten hydrangeas and eucalyptus from Winn Dixie. I chose Lush because it’s supposed to be top tier. Unfortunately what was delivered could have been bought for $40 bucks
