I ordered this gorgeous tulips arrangement upgraded and they call me on the day of delivery saying they didn’t have tulips and if it could replace for roses. I said yes but same arrangement and they said yes it would be an upgrade and they sent a horrible old open red roses on a cheap case that I could have bought better at my local supermarket. Im really disappointed

The photo sent showing the delivery did not depict the arrangement well enough for me to know what it looked like. It was a close up of one or two flowers so who knows? I hope it measured up to what I spent.

Love, love and love this flower shop!! The selection is beautiful and amazing. I was able to order and have them delivered same day even though I order them a little after 12pm so I was extremely impressed. I live in Oregon and needed to send flowers to my Uncle in San Francisco short notice. Love & Stem was close by and had 5 stars~ now I know why!! Thank you and I will definitely be using your services again in the future!

Local vendor sent email confirming flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day. They weren't. Emailed and left VM for vendor, and they didn't respond. Then they delivered them the evening of Feb 15, when my spouse won't see them until next Tuesday when she returns to the office. Reached out to the vendor for a refund. Still no response. BloomNation should step up and kick this vendor off of its site.

My Valentine's Day order did not arrive on Valentine's Day at all even 'though I ordered it over a month ago!
I wrote to Love and Stem the next day, since their phone wasn't taking any messages, explaining my disappointment in what had happened, and the next day, found the delivery outside my front door!
My Sweetie was very pleased with the delivery. The flowers were all fresh and looked just like the photo. of them.
While I am generally pleased with the flowers themselves, I think the shop needs to also focus on who does their deliveries, as the first time I ordered, the flowers were left outside on the sidewalk where, thankfully, a building tenant found them and brought them inside to me.
If the shop can improve the delivery situation, I believe it can easily earn five stars!

Although the arrangement itself was gorgeous, the delivery was not! The delivery was placed in the apartment lobby where anyone could have picked them up! A neighbor told me about it and I retrieved the arrangement in the lobby around 8:00PM. I have no idea how long they had been sitting there as we received no phone call nor intercom bell rung.

Thoigh the delivery was wonderful there was an issue. I ordered flowers at 1:30 and paid for same day delivery. I received an email at 1:45 indicating that they started working on it.
This gave me the expectation that a delivery announcement was imminent and that I should advise the recipient to expect a delivery. She needed to be home in order to receive it.
It was not until almost 7 hours later that the delivery actually arrived. So, yes same day, but 8p at night. I had not even considered they might arrive that late.
Additionally, there is no human to pick up a phone or reply via email anywhere to set / adjust the expectation as I tried calling snd emails several times. Would be great if there was someone to answer a phone or email to a say they received the order and to let me know roughly when to expect the flowers.
Other than this, the delivery went smoothly and the recipient was delighted!

I was disappointed - there were no birds of paradise or pincushion proteas in my arrangement - they had been substituted with alstroemerias, which are much less exotic. The ginger fronds turned brown after three days. The orchid, roses, and foliage were lovely, but I felt that after paying for the deluxe arrangement, costing more than $100 total, I did not get what I had paid for. I hate writing negative reviews, but I did feel let down by this purchase.

The flowers looked terrible. They were falling apart the same day you delivered them and there were so few of them. Definitely not what was represented in your site.

Recipient loved the flowers! Her gardener hubby commented on the quality of them and the buds. I was initially concerned as I ordered at the crack of dawn but it didn't get there until 6:30 pm. (I'm on the east coast and the flowers were being delivered on west coast, and my delivery notification said "9:36 pm" so I was kind of freaking out). She sent us pics and they are every bit as lovely as in the photo on the website. She also said she'll be using Love and Stem next time she orders flowers!

flowers were ordered ahead of time but were not delivered on the birth date (yesterday) as specified. I have contacted them (same day) and again today by email and voicemail to cancel the order and refund the cost but no response from love and stem so far!

Hello, I'm a bit dissapointed. I expected better service from a local flower shop with such good reviews and I did check them before ordering. I didn't think it looked like the picture you had online. I see way more green than flowers.
The picture you have online shows about a dozen pink flowers with white flowers. What she received has maybe half the flowers and a whole lot of Big Green Leaves. Don't feel like I got what I paid for honestly.

I recently ordered a flower arrangement for my granddaughter’s baby shower. The bouquet that was delivered did not resemble the picture I had ordered from on the website. I brought my concerns to the attention of the designer at Love and Stem and she acknowledged that. We resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciated their professionalism.
