OMG! This is my second review for Louis Gardens Florist because they are that good! I purchased a beautiful bouquet for a friend's birthday and the arrangement exceeded my expectations yet again! It was not only a gorgeous arrangement, but the size and quality of the flowers blew me away. It also impressed my friend and all those who saw it. Thank you, Louis Gardens, for going above and beyond as usual. I'd like to also add that I couldn't find their store, which is located on the side of one of the buildings. Sadly, instructions were ignored and stargazers were included the bouquet delivered for my sister’s 70th birthday. When I notified the florist, they did immediately go out to replace them. Unfortunately, the replacement was just filler flowers and not very impressive. I would have expected more for $100. Oh, and by the way, they asked for the original flowers back! Lol. Maybe they needed them for another order?!

I purchased a money tree for my favorite cousin’s birthday. I wanted something that was beautiful and representative of our eternally connected relationship. I created a special message to be included in the delivery. The plant was delivered by noon, as they promised, but there was a mixup in the message. I sent them a text informing them of the error. I had hoped that the arrangement I picked online would look similar and with same flowers. Sunflowers are plentiful at this time and even though online picture showed them in the arrangement there wasn t even one. Also the flowers that were substituted were ones I buy myself and they are inexpensive although very pretty.

Gorgeous arrangement for my mother (now in her 80's). Only issue was, the delivery was left at the front door and was far too heavy for my mom to pick up. I called Louis Gardens and asked if someone could run over, pick up the arrangement and bring it into the house for her.
They were over there in five minutes.
The flowers are now on display where they belong - inside my mom's house.

ordered through their online website was so much simpler than i expected! got this bouquet for my manager's work anniversary and i was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the bouquet turned out! because of the online reference photo, i thought the tulips would mostly be tulips that have not opened, but there was a lovely balance of bloomed and non-bloomed tulips! some of the tulip stems were bending weird but it didn't bother me too much as it was probably how it happened to stand when it was wrapped.
now the one thing i really want to spotlight and applaud for is the extra mile they took for my order:
one of the employees reached out to my cell (that i put on the online order form) to ask if i would like to try different colored tulips since the occasion was not for sympathy, and she told me all the colors of tulips they had available. we also confirmed when i would be able to pick up my order. when i needed to make a last minute change to my pick-up order time (i texted her at 1AM), she got back to me very quickly to accommodate!
id love to come here again to get my occasion flowers :) although her english is not fluent, she is very sweet!

I couldn't get the black colored vase as I saw in the picture(which was the main reason I ordered this online for next day gift) because they didn't have one in stock at that moment, so replaced with white base. The ability to order online is very helpful, however, there is no verification or any way to see that the flowers ordered were actually the flowers delivered. It would be helpful for the business to send a photo of the final arrangement at delivery. I don’t know if the flowers that were delivered look like the photo from ordering. Also, I upgraded the flowers to premium. How do I know that the business really upgraded the flowers if there is no proof?

I’m sorry but I have to say that I was sorely disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. Although the roses were the same color as was in the photo I ordered from, the arrangement was put into a tall vase and didn’t look to be “arranged” at all. I receive flowers often from my boyfriend who buys them from the vendors on the street corners. I put them into a tall vase. He spends $20 for roses. I spent $100 so truly expected it to look better than what I throw into a vase. There was none of the cute foliage falling over the sides of the vase, no balancing of the symmetry to the design, not any shaping to the design of the arrangement......my friend thanked me of course and said they were beautiful, but I don’t think I got my money’s worth at all. so next week when I send her flowers as she comes out of the hospital, I won’t be calling you.

Spent $80 on a Mother's Day arrangement and requested for pastel colors but got bright red and purple flowers instead. There were so few flowers that it was just a big, green bouquet filled with fillers. They should have at least notified us that they could not complete the order as requested. Why put options for Pastel Designs when you can't make it? So disappointed, wish I had gotten my flowers elsewhere.

I was honestly disappointed. My family ordered a total of 3 bouquets, none of which looked like the pictures advertised. The lucky blooms which we paid an additional premium did not have nearly as many flowers as the standard picture advertised. The smile on your face bouquet looked like a completely different bouquet I almost feel like they mistook the order. Really disappointed as our family frequents this florist for all occasions. I understand flowers were running low and times are tough, but then I feel you guys should have the integrity to stop taking orders if you can’t fulfill the order. I know it may seem petty, but when I saw my husbands arrangement that arrived for me, I was really disappointed and felt like he just bought cheaper flowers. When I later saw what he actually ordered, I felt much better because the picture of the arrangement was so beautiful. I absolutely LOVE this store!! The arrangements are ALWAYS GORGEOUS and never disappoint. For Mother’s Day no available deliveries were available on the calendar. Tuesday was the earliest date. I left a note asking if possible, could they be delivered before Mother’s Day, but if not I understood.
To my surprise they were delivered yesterday and I was beyond happy. Tears quickly filled my eyes because I wasn’t sure if the store could accommodate me since the calendar was full and I live out of state, so I couldn’t pick them up.
My mom was so surprised and excited to receive flowers. The pictures she sent me of the arrangement were AMAZING. She said they smelled good too! I will not go anywhere else! This is the BEST in town hands down.

They arrived on time as promised, but was a little surprised the arrangement pictured in your web site was a lot different from what was delivered, the colors were not as vivid as those pictured. Some will have to bloom still I realize this. Had to rely on the arranger in this case because of the closer of the store to outside traffic, I understand the due to today’s Corona virus concerns, a patron was not allowed to visually pick out the flowers in person. I paid extra for more blooms and asked that a to and from card be placed in the arrangement, no care was taken to the penmanship look like a 3rd grader filled the card that didn’t even have the expression with deepest sympathy, just sloppy hand written on a blank piece of paper. My Mother thinks this "Breezy by the Sea" arrangement is absolutely beautiful!
