I use López The Florist quite a bit. Each time I have been satisfied with my purchase, whether it be flowers for a friend or an arrangement for a funeral. However, I ordered the above purity arrangement (deluxe) and was totally disappointment when I saw what was delivered. I understand that some flowers need to be substituted when not in season. That was not the case with here. There were no tulip or white daisy replacement. Very disappointed!!!!!

The driver did not follow the simple instructions (to call the cell phone provided). When I called to ask where the flowers were; I was told there was ‘no place to leave them and they would freeze.’
We have a large front porch where receive many packages and it was 40° outside.
The person on the phone also said there was no way they could get the flowers to us...we are .4 miles away.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!! I got an email saying they were unable to deliver my flowers yet they never even called the phone number I had listed for the recipient. I called customer service who said someone was going to call me but no one ever did. The flowers were nice, but not exactly what I ordered or wanted. The image on your website included blue hydrangeas and other bluish/purplish flowers, and I chose this selection specifically because it had the blue flowers (as blue is the recipient's favorite color). What was delivered had hardly any blue flowers and the hydrangeas were pale green. I was a bit disappointed as there was a specific reason for choosing the blue floral options, and I did not get what I paid for.

Good morning, I did see a picture of the bouquet that was delivered. The bouquet was smaller than expected for an over 100.00 bouquet. Also, the vase given was a generic vase vs. the vase in the picture which is much more lovely and unique. Other than that the bouquet was pretty. I just expected the bouquet to be more impressive as it was a very expensive bouquet and the vase given was disappointing. Other than that, delivery was good and the flowers were of good quality also.

we understand your dissatisfaction with the fact that your order was not delivered, we attempted to deliver your arrangement on the day you chose for delivery and nobody was home and it was to cold to leave the arrangement outside, so we called and left a message to the recipient telling her to call us when shes available and we will re-deliver when shes home. Shorlrtley after leaving the message the recipient called back and said she was home, so we went back for a second time to deliver and no one was home again, so once again we took the arrangement back because its too cold to leave outside and left a message again to set up redelivery for the third time. At this point we have not recieved any calls back regarding redelivery. I will be happy to refund your card in full for the arrangement but please know we did everything possible on multiple occasions to deliver your arrangement . Please cal is with any questions you have.

I am giving Lopez the Florist a five star review because I consider myself an individual with realistic expectations. My friend lost his dad, and I live 3000 miles away. I wanted a local florist to deliver flowers to the wake on one day’s notice. They did. Now, did the picture of the flowers my friend’s wife sent me look exactly like the picture of the bouquet that I saw on their website? Of course not! Living in Los Angeles, I know that it took probably 300 photos to get the perfect shot with the perfect lighting and colors. So that was not my baseline.My friends did bring my flowers back to their home, so I guess they looked good to them. Like I said, I had a mission, Lopez the Florist completed the mission. Good enough for me.

It hasn’t been a positive experience. I placed an order on March 21st to be delivered on March 22nd to a major hospital in Boston. It’s now March 23rd and the flowers still haven’t been received by the patient. I called the florist and sent an email and haven’t heard a word back from anyone yet. My credit card was charged a lot of money for these flowers, I would at least expect a call back explaining why you failed to deliver my order and then charge me for them anyway. Most disappointing!

The flowers were delivered in time and were nice, but looked very different from the photos online. The arrangement shown is almost all gerbera daisies and very colorful and modern looking. The arrangement delivered was full of greens and looked more old fashioned, with fewer flowers and color. I had upgraded as well and did not think the bouquet looked like an $80 arrangement.

The actual size of the bouquet was about half of what is shown in the image. By size I mean number of flowers. The online image is full of blooms but the bouquet that was delivered was not. I feel like I was cheated, actually, and am very disappointed by the service. I did not get what I paid for.
