I've been ordering flowers through Bloom Nation since 2015 and these are by far the worst flowers ever received. It was hugely humiliating to have very poor quality, wilted, and dry flowers delivered to my mother on Mother's Day, at 6:30pm, no less.
Beyond the poor quality and late delivery, I ordered the premium Sunny Sentiments Bouquet but they sent the Hello Sunshine Bouquet instead.
I tried calling Little Flower Shop's phone number listed on Bloom Nation (which routes to Dusty's Flowers) in addition to the two phone numbers on the Dusty's website several times over two days but no one ever picked up and there was no way to leave a message.
I've initiated a refund through my credit card company and will never order flowers from Little Flower Shop/Dusty's ever again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
