Flowers were never delivered. Extremely disappointed with this florist. I live in a different state and thought using a local florist would make delivery faster and easier. I called so many times and only got an answering machine repeatedly. It was an embarrassment to the recipient as these flowers were for a death in the family which they never got after selecting same-day delivery. I will be disputing the charge today.

Ma’am sorry for the inconvenience we apologize but we did go deliver the flowers and no one opened the door our policy with the flowers you chose is that we can't leave them outside they are very delicate we offered to deliver them again today you refused and I still offered you a refund which you agreed you don't have to dispute anything since you did get a refund from us.

Never delivered! Just called 8/23 12:12 pm and told it was out for delivery! The Birthday was yesterday! Spent 100 for this and flowers.
Awaiting a call from ;your answ service who is checking with driver... You need to make some adjustment to the cost by processing a credit and advise amount. Thank you. Judy Amberger

Hello Judy Amberger we apologize for the inconvenience but as we spoke today you wanted the arrangement handed to the receiver and unfortunately, as you said they are not capable of answering the door since no-one answered the door the delivery person went back today to deliver it maybe they did open the door today 8/23/24 that's why we had to come back and leave it at the door and we called you. The wrong card was sent, daughter did not know that I sent the flowers. Attaching the right card can’t be that hard.

Lost 1 bunch of Hot Pink was able to save a few other then that they were all completely dead same day I picked up. My other bunches were damaged looks like they sat in the color for a while or either it was too cold/moist (bottom part of the roses were black (mold) , to the point where the petals would fall off when removing them from the packaging). Some bunches were in good condition.

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received and they did not look like this at all. Bright pink large roses with way different greenery. The bouquet did not look the same quality as what I thought I was ordering. a little upset at the rose colors as I was trying to avoid bright pink flowers due to the nature of why I was sending them. The flowers themselves looked fresh and the arrangement wasn’t bad, but not at all like the picture or what I expected.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. I like the flowers I did not like the communication. I ordered onlined at 8 am the flowers weren’t delivered until 6 pm, tried to call 3 x and only got the voicemail

This is the third bouquet I have purchased from Linda Floral in Graham for someone in my family, and again this time, they did not disappoint. I didn’t see the vase it came in but I like the bouquet in person better than the picture on the website, softer colors. My mom was pleasantly surprised and loved them.

Chose the arrangement I liked the most for the occasion online and it was very quick and easy. I got a confirmation email instantly, called a little after 10am to ask for an estimate on pick up time (it was same day) and she was very friendly and helpful. When I went to pick my arrangement, the store was surrounded in natural light, beautifully adorned with a variety of flowers, spacious and clean! She kept my flowers cool in a fridge and they came out perfect! The roses were opened and full- high quality! Again super friendly and to the point. I’m so glad I found this place. Definitely coming back again.

Loved this purchase. The mug that delivered was blue, was a little disappointed it wasn’t yellow but was still cute and the bouquet was beautiful and arrived same day as advertised and ordered. Got this for my dad for Fathers Day. I found out he’s never been sent flowers before so this was a sweet surprise. My second order and will definitely order from Linda Floral LLC again!

Sorry you were not satisfied with your peace lily, unfortunately we can not control in which rate our live plants bloom for future reference I’d recommend going for large peace lily that have more blooms.

The flower arrangement I ordered for my mom was absolutely gorgeous! Linda was super sweet and called me to let me know that she didn’t have a specific flower that was suppose to be in my arrangement, but she upgraded my standard arrangement to a premium, no extra charge. The arrangement looked even better than the photo displayed on her website! 10/10 recommend!

My mom is going through some health issues and I wanted to send her some flowers, just because. The flowers I ordered were delivered the same day, very soon after I placed the order in my opinion.
My mom sent me a picture and they were beautiful! They lasted a week or so. The card was hand written exactly the way I wanted but better with little embellishments that made it extra special. I will absolutely order from Linda Floral again and recommend you do too.

Delivery put the flowers on the bottom step of the covered porch. Sitting out in the rain and cold. No call to let person know they had a delivery. Flowers soaking wet. Not happy with the delivery service at all.

We appreciate your order. We were happy to replace the arrangement, when I arrived to deliver personally the home had closed gates on the front and back porch. I was not able to get to front door due to Large German shepards, for safety reasons we do not open gates when delivering to these types of locations. Hope she loved the upgraded vase we replaced her your order with. Thank you for letting us know!

Substitutions were made that I wasn't aware of; however, the arrangement was wonderful. They forgot to write who it was from, but my family got it figured out and then texted me. All in all, it was a good experience.

Flowers I ordered were called "Purple Blessing" and yet what was delivered was less than 1/10 purple... I am trying to upload a photo so while they were pretty - they were not primarily purple. I also had to call to follow up on the delivery and the person with whom I spoke 1) couldn't find my order which was placed 5 days previously and 2) once found was less than helpful/apologetic about the status of the delivery. Overall - I wouldn't order from here again.
