Plant itself was beautiful. Delivery experience was a mess. I don't think it was Kremp Florist; it was the delivery service. Got notified via text that the plant was delivered, but it was not my order. Called customer service to leave a message and no one ever called back. Then got called by a driver who had the wrong address for delivery. I gave him the correct address but then minutes later received a text that the plant was delivered at the incorrect address. Called customer service to leave a message and no one ever called back. Received a call later than evening from Kremp and told them what happened (they had no idea). They said that they would follow-up and I have not heard back in two days.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
