Being 90 minutes away from my niece I'm at the mercy of internet ordering. Luckily Konjo Flowers was a spectacular merchant. I left a voicemail message and within 1/2 hour I received a call back. We discussed the various live plants and settled on an orchid because of how easy they are to maintain. The plant arrived at my niece's home the next day. She was very happy with it.
I've added Konjo Flowers to my Contacts so all my future orders can be taken care of by this outstanding florist

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mother's day and selected Monday by accident. Konjo called me to confirm if I wanted them delivered on Monday or if I wanted them to be delivered before Mother's day. She received them on Saturday early enough to enjoy them before she left to do her errands. Thank you for a beautiful bouquet. She loved them

My general experience with ordering the flowers was good. As in a previous transaction, I made a comment about the tip. Not to say that wouldn't provide a tip but, that it was placed in the way of completing my order.

The ordering was easy. I didn't like the tip function. I seems I couldn't continue without providing a tip. Didn't like that at ALL...
The second item is the most troubling. On the day of the delivery, I called to get a status on it. It was a basic answering machine message to leave a message. NO company name, NO person, etc. I started to worry. I left a message saying that if I did not get a call back soon, I would cancel the order. A few minutes later, I got a call indicating it was a private number. I don't answer those type of calls. The person left a voice mail. It was Konjo Flowers. I immediately called back. No answer. I had to leave another message and THEN had to wait for the PRIVATE NUMBER LABEL to show up on my phone hoping it would be Konjo Flowers.
I FINALLY spoke to someone. The delivery was confirmed. But I didn't like the experience....., Very shady, very unprofessional operating methods.

I truly appreciate your feedback, however I was very surprise to read your review. I spoke to you on the phone, and let you know we hand delivered your order to your customer as per your request, and you thanked us.
Clearly we are not a shady shop. We are a small family owned shop with real human beings.
We are working on updating on our answer machine system.
As for the tip function i can assure you it totally optional, however we have refunded your the tip.
