Please be aware that our floral arrangements are unique designs created by Kiko's, so it may be challenging to find florists outside of our area who can replicate them exactly. We request that they create something similar using the colors available to them on the day of fulfillment.

These flowers were never delivered. They were for a childhood best friend's memorial. I even called to double check and was told that the delivery driver delivered them earlier in the day, but checked with multiple individuals (including those in charge of the facility and the receiving family) who confirmed they never got there. I will never be using this service again and am devastated that these flowers did not get delivered. I still was charged the full amount even though the grieving part did not receive the flowers.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
