Her desire to bring the awe-inspiring beauty of the outdoors into the home, ignited her passion for floral design. Katharina is a third generation avid gardener and nature lover whose decision to become a professional floral designer has led to an enjoyable 30 years of experience in the floral industry. A lively passion for natural materials and a creative flair enables her to put together the most captivating combinations that create a perfect union. Katharina’s unique and unexpected color fusions intrigue all. She has an artistic eye that is continually scanning for new elements for further inspiration. Katharina Stuart has commanded the respect of the floral and event industry. She took first place at the California State Floral Association’s Top Ten Design Competition in 2005, was the runner up at the SAF Sylvia Cup 2007, won the San Francisco Cup in 2015 and was the winner at the FTD Americas Cup in Philadelphia in 2018. Katharina then proudly represented the United States in the FTD World Cup 2019 in Philadelphia.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
