The balloons were perfect and my friend's daughter loved them. A huge balloon bouquet! Thank you Jacqueline's Flowers for helping to make her birthday special.

It was a gift to an arbitrary. I did not get to see the picture.

thanks for your feedback Tom. Please keep in mind, that not all roses stay closed and tight. We use different varieties of roses and some with large heads that open quickly, but they should still last. An open rose rose does always indicate an older rose. If you change the water as recommended and with proper care, we find our roses tend to have a bit of shelf life.

The arrangements for my mother's funeral were more beautiful, elegant and yet very classic with all the white and pink flowers. Plenty of spray roses were included in the arrangements as I asked for. Having several sun flowers in one of the the arrangements made it more meaningful. Thank you, Jacqueline's Florist!

I recently purchased an arrangement that was absolutely stunning with a wow factor. I visited the shop early on a Sunday morning and within 20 minutes my arrangement was ready. The arrangement was for my daughter-in-law who had just given birth to my granddaughter. As I walked through Abington Hospital with the arrangement I received many inquiries (two from men) asking where I had bought it. It was an arrangement you couldn’t take your eyes from. The initial delivery was scheduled for 8/16 but no one was home at the time & instead of leaving the flowers at the house or leaving it with a neighbor, they kept the flowers & redelivered them the next day. My 5 year old granddaughter had surgery. The staff helped me custom make a gift. The candy bouquet along with a get well stuffed monkey and 2 balloons. My granddaughter said it was the best day ever... so apparently she was quite thrilled with gift they put together for her!

The flowers I ordered were for a senior prom. I told them the colors I wanted and type of flowers. Assuming they would have an idea of what a high school bouquet looked like and knew what they were doing, I was HORRIFIED to see what my son had picked up. They had flowers and plants in the bouquet that looked like a flower arrangement from the 1980s. It was not a bouquet for a senior prom. HORRIBLE.
I also ordered a bouquet and boutonniere to match. Thank god I specified roses only and the color was blue for the wrap around the flowers! They asked if I wanted blue for the boutonnière to match. They put in green decorative pieces. The bouquet and boutonnière did not match with colors and looked like they were not going together. NEVER would I recommend this place!

This review is quire perplexing to us. 1) all of our pick up orders are signed for by the recipient acknowledging that the order is to your satisfaction. We did this in attempts to avoid unhinged, unwarranted comments such this. If you sent someone that didn't know what they were supposed to be picking up, well, guess what, they still signed that it was acceptable to them. 2) your comments are ignorant at best. You have zero knowledge of the floral business or trends, so stop trying to pretend like you do. We do not have to justify ourselves as anyone can read our reviews and the 700+ 5 star reviews as proof otherwise. 3) Samples of all of our bouquets are available on our website , so I encourage everyone to look at our collection. I guarantee, nothing will be there like you described. 4) We have no idea of what you are talking about. You replied to an order that was for a pink and white handheld prom bouquet? Unless you ordered under a different name and different email address and are referencing a different order. Please sling your ignorant, entitled insults elsewhere.

Not great. Bouquet needed to be re-done twice. First because “something was off” with it per Jacqueline’s. Second time after already waiting 25 minutes for it, it had to be done again because I noticed a couple flowers were already browning and wilting. Total time in store about 35-40 minutes. Didn’t offer a discount or anything after all this. Barely made it back in time for my son to leave for his prom pictures. Very disappointing.

Donna. We do appreciate the feedback. When you came to pick up the flowers, we noticed that the bouquet needed to be rearranged as WE felt it wasn't up to our usual standard. We took it upon ourselves to try to fix it for you before you left with it. We had over 100 orders and it was a very busy time (We are not a large chain that provides pre made arrangements.) You pointed out the brown edges on the one particular flower and we also made that change as promptly as we could and you seemed pleased and said it looked much better. You smiled and also seemed satisfied. It seems a little passive aggressive to then go home and leave a 2 star review from behind your keyboard.

A beautiful bouquet for a special evening. A gem in our neighborhood, once again Jaqueline’s Florist provided the perfect flowers for the occasion. And while I was there I picked up one of their gorgeous prepared arrangements.

The florist did call and said they were out of daisies, though she was going to substitute with a different variety of a whiter color.

The sunflowers looked rough at pickup, almost like they were dying. It’s a bit of a shame since they’re the standout of this piece, that alone made me regret the amount I spent on it. Otherwise, it was nice.

BTW, it was Mother's day week. Those flowers were all brand new, as we couldn't keep flowers stocked quickly enough and inventory was coming in fresh all week. More than likely, the sunflowers were just not fully bloomed yet. Otherwise, thanks for your feedback.

Jacqueline's Flowers never disappoints. This time I ordered prom bouquet for my son's date and it was absolutely stunning. I choose Loose Style of the bouquet (Standard) and the selection and quality of flowers and greenery was really nice. Outstanding.❤

I specifically asked for all white bouquet with no green throughout and there were random green grasses and plants sticking out. They advised I upgrade to have a fuller bouquet and it was same size as everyone at prom who ordered the standard. Will not go back.

All of our prom orders are made individually, and made to the best interpretation from what is requested. There are times that signals can get crossed and you envision something differently than professional florist would describe it. We ask all of our customers to sign for the orders when they come to pick them up, and sign that the arrangement meets their satisfaction. This allows us to make any changes and to make sure our customer is pleased with what was created. So, considering someone signed that they were satisfied with the bouquet, then we get phone calls from you, saying it looks like it was made with "weeds", we were more than happy to make changes if you brought it back ( you never did) and then you feel the need to proceed to leave a 2 star review on something that someone worked very hard on and I am sure it is beautiful, even if it is not what you envisioned...... We are more than ok with your decision not to return.

The floral arrangement was beautiful. My daughter loves it!

Bought a loose bouquet pre-arranged. Picked it out myself and absolutely loved it! I loved the different accents/decor each bouquet at the store came with. A nice little touch to an already beautiful arrangement. This other florist I like actually let you pick pieces/flowers so you can arrange your own fresh bouquet. This would be a cool addition if this isn’t what’s offered already. (As I came close to closing, they might not have had something like this at that time.) However, I loved this florist! The mood was great! As was the service!! 10/10!!

Beautiful work on my mom’s flowers, she was honestly blown away but how beautiful her bouquet came! Disappointed in the size. I feel like, for the money, bouquet sizes are shrinking. For $135 (which admittedly included tax, delivery, and a $10 tip), I expected more.

Prettier than the picture online! It was such a vibrant and happy arrangement to celebrate my mother-in-law's 95 birthday. I also appreciate that Jaqueline's staff is always available by phone to help (and call back when you leave a message) as this year I had a typo on the card that had to be fixed last minute.

Excellent service from Jaqueline’s Flowers and Gifts!! I ordered on-line the day before for my son’s girlfriend and we chose Designers Choice Design. I put a note stating that it was for a girl turning 17 and loves butterflies and anything whimsical. She LOVED her flowers and when I saw them I couldn’t believe they created a beautiful arrangement using all of the notes I sent! I’m so impressed by this company and will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

I was a bit disappointed with the arrangement. It was kind of sparse and although the roses were pretty, there was not much dimension and style to the bouquet for the amount of money I paid. Likewise, although the delivery man went to my friends house the day I asked for it to be delivered, which was her 89th birthday, and she did not answer, I requested for the bouquet to be delivered later that afternoon because it WAS her birthday; however, the young lady I spoke from the phone made to clear to me that it was not going to be possible because of distance. Importantly, I spent $100 on a bouquet of flowers AND I am a returning customer, I felt very dissatisfied with the delivery process and the bouquet that was delivered. I have ordered from your place in the past; however, I do not feel that I will do so in the future. I’m sorry that your business is not up to par. This day and age I support small business so much, but I also expect that I will be treated the same when spending extra money to ensure Extra special treatment of my friends.

Prompt and courteous staff! Reached out to me after my online order and helped me tweak my order to fit my needs! The delivery driver, Ed, was very friendly; called me when there was no answer at the delivery house and even made a second trip back so that the flowers weren't left outside. I have used your business on numerous occasions and always very impressed with your service and quality of the flowers. I even included an advanced tip this time based on past experiances. However, this time I was extremely disappointed. I placed an order on Thursday, September 30 at 245pm, order#8932113328, with a request for delivery on Monday October 4 before noon, as my wife leaves work at 4pm. By 145pm on Monday Oct 4, the flowers had not been delivered. I called and after being put on hold, I was told the flowers were going out on the "next delivery", Promising me they would be delivered before 4pm. I received the notice of delivery at 548p, well after she left work. In addition, the flowers were not fresh and the white flowers were actually beginning to brown over. I am extremely disappointed with your service and even more disappointed with the quality of the flowers sent to my wife for our anniversary.

Steven, We are sorry of your disappointment. You have ordered from us 8 times and as far as we are aware, this is this first time that you have been unsatisfied. We do feel that we need to clarify a few items you use to justify a 1 star review. As far as when your item was delivered. We can not guarantee exact requested times for arrangements to be delivered, however we do our best to accommodate them and most certainly before business hours. On any given day, we need to be at multiple places at the same time. There are special events, weddings, funerals etc. that we have to work around to get all items delivered in a timely manner. I am not sure of your issue with being placed on hold, as it takes a few minutes to look into the status of the order and it' proper phone etiquette ? Also, when you called in, the flowers were indeed on their way out for delivery . The driver was aware of the requested time and had ample time to get it there, however ran into some delivery snags. We continue t work on that from our end. Your item was delivered by 4:12 and the driver was told that your wife had not left yet. The confirmation was sent once the driver returned for the evening. You also referenced white flowers, however the arrangement you chose did not include any white flowers, so it's possible you are referencing peach stock ? either way, hopefully this helps to clarify some of your concerns. Due to your past patronage and your current displeasure, your delivery fee and tip has been refunded.

I saw a photo of the arrangement that I ordered on Friday and was delivered on Saturday. The family to whom it was delivered was gracious and said that it was beautiful. The photo resembled the original on your website, but the daisies looked old and the flowers were clustered randomly. Moreover, it certainly did not look as abundant as I assumed it would.

We ordered two arrangements for delivery to our neighbor. We paid for extra flowers and also tipped 20% on each delivery. Total was over $330. We were expecting more impressive arrangements based on the cost. This is the first time that we have ordered flowers from this florist. We will go back to our previous florist in the future!

We are sorry if YOU think that they should have been larger, I can assure you that they were priced accordingly. When an order is upgraded, it means that additional flowers are added to made the arrangement fuller, NOT
NECESSARILY BIGGER. Our photos are not professionally edited, as they are taken from real designs created in our shop. It's the same designers that create them on a daily basis. We keep track of each flower number and type as to ensure all designs are as close to the photo as possible. Different types of flowers have different price points. The arrangements that you chose are full of premium level flowers. Which may be less flowers than you think is appropriate, however, I can assure you it was to value. It is one of our top sellers and as you can see from our reviews, it's very well received. Sometimes, it's better to call and speak with someone if you have something particular in mind. I can assure you that what was received is exactly what was purchased.
