I have ordered from J Flowers several times for pickup and delivery and each time I have been 100% satisfied. The floral arrangements looked better than what was pictured on the site and delivery time was within the window I requested. I ordered three to four days before I needed the delivery which helps with getting the arrangement delivered on time. I recommend using this shop and also supporting a local business.

Extremely dissatisfied with this arrangement, I paid $85 for 12 small tulips with hardly any color to them, no other greenery or decor in a little tiny vase! Nothing like the picture shown, definitely not the larger size and after 2 days they are falling apart! Horrible! Absolutely disgusted as I ordered from another state on line, drove 8 hours hoping to see a nice bouquet for my mom and am very disappointed!

Truly perfect. The ordering process was almost too easy - I was used to looking for the possible ways it could go wrong because of experiences with other companies before. But the delivery was perfect and on time. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL, just as pictured. I was reluctant because the arrangement name was Summer Peaches and thought maybe the arrangement wouldn’t look the same - maybe the website hadn’t been updated? I’ll start off by saying that I used to live in the South Bay for the last 8 years. I am a So.Cal native. I recently moved to the East Coast and I wanted to send my Mother in Law some flowers (she lives 5 minutes from this shop.) I have purchased in-person from this shop in the past and although a little pricier than say, grocery store prices, it’s what one would expect from a flower shop.
But with a higher price, one would also expect higher quality, right? Let me start with the good: the ordering process and the delivery were wonderful. For those mere facts, I would buy again. However, the flowers themselves were very disappointing. I received pictures and upon asking for more to make sure I wasn’t wrong, some of the plants were brown, the daisies (I think is the correct name) were a bit damaged and the sunflowers were disappointing and also brown. I do have pictures.
I will choose to attribute the quality to a rushed, busiest of the year weekend. I’m sure there were many deliveries and orders to be fulfilled. But personally, I was left disappointed. This flower shop is convenient to my Mother in Law’s house and it makes me not want to order again but I might in the future and I hope quality it better.

My only complaint would be that although there was a disclaimer the flowers may be *slightly* different, the color scheme was not the same as pictured. The picture had bright pastel colors what I was going for, but the flowers were more orange and fall colored.

But what arrived was quite disappointing -- it looked like all the flowers had been smashed down to the same height, it didn't have the lovely, organic feel of this photo. They were able to deliver same day which I appreciated, but I'm feeling disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

The flowers arrived on time and are beautiful, which I appreciate a lot. But whoever dropped off the flowers, did not say who they were for and left them at the front. So in order for them to get to my girlfriend, her boss had to read the note on the card which was very personal and kind of embarrassing for her because she told me. I want to order from you guys in the future but this was a little unprofessional on the delivery drivers part, I really didn’t think that was going to happen. I wrote that note only for Susana and I’m pretty sure a few people at her job know our situation. Anywho, thanks anyways. :/

Nobody called the recipient or confirmed whether she received them. Lupe offer to call the recipient and confirm they had received them and call me back. Never heard anything.

Stunning arrangement. I live in NY and recently chose J Flowers for my friend’s birthday after seeing the unique arrangements on the website & reading reviews - very glad I did. Anyone on either coast can attest that I am particular about floral arrangements and known for questioning what came in and looks best any given week and rifling off directives about what ‘fill’ to use (or not to use). However, J’s has an incredible variety of premium flowers and premium accent fill so there seemed to be less need for concern.
When my friend sent a picture of the ‘Pop of Pink’ arrangement it was very much like the photo. The flowers were open a bit - but not too much - and she indicated how “fragrant” they were. Importantly, the celebratory nature of the day and some long distance love & hugs could instantly be conveyed in the midst of this on-going pandemic thanks to J’s impeccable design and flawless execution.

I trusted that the size of the arrangement would be closer to the medium size shown in the picture. I was disappointed in how small it was for the hefty price. The same light pink roses shown (Juliet roses) were not included and the ones used instead were actually much much smaller. I specifically picked this bouquet because of those roses shown and was sad to learn those weren't used. I think next time I will go into the shop and select from there instead of trusting the online shop.

The arrangement they got was "close" to what your website photo was HOWEVER what you though was perhaps better by putting THREE Pink and one white flower. If you read the card OR taken the order on the phone you would have learned that we ordered this because of the three flowers. Two pink for our two grand daughters and one white for our grandson. So while it was nice and they liked it.Sometimes talking with your customers MAY benefit you with a relationship and understanding the why we want that arrangement. You may have also learned more like their anniversary, birthdays… all flower occasions. MISSED that opportunity.

For mother’s day, I selected custom order where I can only select the occasion and price. I selected a price of $90.00 thinking it will a decent bouquet of flowers . Without seeing a picture or knowing the type flowers it was my mistake. The flower delivery was on time which was great. However, for the amount of money I paid, the flower arrangement was disappointing. It was very small, and I purposely ordered the next size up so that would not happen.

Ordered the Pure Sunshine for a friend from out of state. I specifically chose a florist near the point of delivery to make it easier on everyone. The flowers arrived within two and a half hours, even more beautiful than pictured on their site. Easy ordering experience and fair prices!

While the flowers were beautiful, I paid for the PREMIUM upgrade. I paid $79.00 versus the traditional $59.00 for the bouquet. The description for the premium bouquet says “ We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style”- this means more flowers than in the picture. While the flowers were very high quality and beautiful, it looked identical to the display. I am disappointed in this. Other than that, beautiful bouquet that was delivered in my requested window.

Amazing selection of flowers and beautiful arrangement! The bouquet was delivered by the next day for Valentine's day to my mom in the south bay. I requested that sunflowers/sunflower-types were included if possible and Jane was able to incorporate them! Super happy with the arrangement and service! Only thing I would want is for J Flowers to open up a shop in the SF Bay Area! :)

The bouquet was lovely and the price reasonable. So, I have no issue with J Flowers. However, Bloomnation through which I placed the order sent a delivery confirmation in error. My friend didn't get the flowers til the next day and after I contacted the florist directly to determine what the hold up was. Getting her flowers after her birthday wasn't appreciated.
