I can't comment on the arrangement, as I haven't seen it in person but the recipient told me she loved it. What I want to comment on is the service. I had forgotten to send flowers to my Mom until the thursdsay evening before Christmas. I ordered that night and was notified, understandably so, that they would arrive the day after Christmas. I accepted that. Well, I was so surprised to get a call from Intimate Designs that they rushed the order anyway and got it there before Christmas. That's service! I have ordered from them before and will do so in the future.

It was a great experience working with Intimate Designs Floral. They called me immediately to let me know they would need to change some flowers and were so nice about it. They delivered the flowers first thing so that my friend was home to receive them. When they delivered the flowers they gave my friend a tutorial. Finally they let me know it was delivered. I called with a flower emergency on a Friday morning at about 9am. I needed an arrangement for my wife and my 35th wedding anniversary and wanted to be able to pick it up before noon the same day so she could get it at her office in Carson City. Laurie took the call and even though she was out making deliveries she talked me through placing an online order. It was very simple and she had the arrangement ready to go by 10:30am. The flowers were beautiful and my wife loved them. Believe everything you read on their website. Intimate Design and Laurie are the best!

My experience was wonderful! Lori messaged me immediately to inform me she didn’t have red roses till another day but she had a ready alternative which were atomic roses! And they were so stunning and unbeknownst to her orange is my favorite color and I didn’t know those type of roses even existed so it actually worked out way better and my lady loved them and everyone at work fawned over them! Absolutely amazing service! Lori reached out to let me know she had received my online order and said she would make a colorful custom arrangement. The day my order needed to be delivered she called because nobody answered the door at the delivery address. She was so helpful and sweet and even sent me a picture of the arrangement, which was absolutely beautiful, where she left it. Definitely did not get the same bouquet as in the picture. The one we received had yellow roses, no sunflowers, and small purple flowers on long stems poking out. My mother still loved it though, and it was beautiful, but still not what I ordered.

I used to utilize another flower shop, but they stopped delivering to Carson City.
The nice thing is they recommended Intimate Designs. Intimate Designs delivered a beautiful floral arrangement to my wife on our anniversary and really saved my hide! Try them; you won’t be disappointed. And you’ll be supporting a local business that is serving a niche that would otherwise have been deserted.

I love that you are open so early and that I can do same day deliveries. I have used you twice now, and both times I was amazed at how quickly they came and how easy it is to order.

I used to order flowers from one of the 1-800 businesses that was located in another state and then turned the order over to a floral shop in the recipient’s area. It was very nice but not as many of the smaller flowers. Future mom-in-law was happy so I am happy.

The actual flower arrangement that arrived was only slightly similar to what was pictured on the website. There was a note on the site that said actual bouquet may not precisely match photo, but I still expected it to be closer than what was provided.

I ordered this arrangement for my daughter in law for Mother"s Day because she is the mother of my grandsons. She loved it and had the perfect place for it. Lori's design is unique and beautiful. Thanks, Lori.

My mom enjoyed the lilacs and roses arrangement for Mother's Day. The vase is nice quality. It was delivered on time, but to the wrong unit. You called, and mom walked over, had a chance to meet a nice neighbor. Thanks!

Overall I'm very pleased with the experience and you guys did an awesome job! Just 2 comments to make the experience better for future customers like myself.1. The reason I picked that particular design is because she likes that particular flower I don't think it's an amaryllis belladonnas but something akin to. So when I got the Deluxe version, I was assuming more than one of that particular flower in the bunch. The smaller version shows more than one, so I was assuming if i got the Deluxe i would have more than 1. of that particular flower. Was very disappointed when only one showed up in the bowkay. Was not like the picture. My suggestion is that in the future if someone orders a larger version than the sample display it probably should have more then one of that particular flower. 2. A suggested time of delivery might be nice in the future. Other than that I was very pleased with your product produced. My mother thought it was wonderful thank you very much for your hard work. In light of pandemic; I'm sure Mother's Day this year was crazy for you all. We are very appreciative of your hard work to touch our mothers lives when we cannot, at this time. God-bless you all.

I have used Intimate Designs Floral on two occasions to send flowers to my wife. She has been thrilled both times. I liked all the options you can choose from on the website, but since I don't know a lot about flowers, I was intrigued by the Designer choice at three price points and went that direction. These arrangements have been spectacular. My wife has complimented me to her friends as to my knowledge of flowers:)

I ordered online on a Thursday night. Got a call early Friday morning that some substitutions had to made since it was a last minute order. The “custom” bouquet was absolutely beautiful and it was delivered before noon on Friday. I am a very happy customer!

The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement tailored for the occasion. As great as that is, the customer service and follow up were incredible. I received a confirming text when they had been delivered and a photo of the arrangement. It's been a while since I ordered flowers, but that never used to happen.

This was a last minute order. The flower arrangement looked very nice with fresh flowers. The only thing I did not like about it was the vase. It was not anything like the one pictured. 4 stars because of this. I will order from intimate floral again. Maybe next time will be 5 stars.

Intimate Designs has done a great job for me. Every order has been delivered on time and every time, the receiving person has been thrilled. When for some reason they can't get even a single flower shown in the picture (seasonal), they have ALWAYS called and suggested substitutions. They are truly great at meeting expectations and I would have no issue using them again (and again) and again).

Intimate Designs did a fantastic job. I put the order in one evening and by the next morning I received a call from a very nice woman letting me know how sorry she was they did not have one color of one particular flower and could they substitute. 99% of florists would have made the substitution without thought, but she was kind enough to call and explain the difference and what it would look like. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient loved them. 5 ****** to Intimate Designs!

I placed a special order before they opened on the day after Christmas. They called soon as they opened and discussed that they were depleted of roses due to the holiday but confirmed that their supplier did have replacements available and still met they deliver request by noon! The bouquet sent to "an angel" in my life was absolutely beautiful as you can see in the picture here. But even more fabulous was the service I received from Lori. She called me to verify my order and let me know that there would be some replacements from the bouquet pictured on line, which was fine, and then she called me to let me know that the recipient wasn't home but she arranged a delivery date with the recipient on the following day! The flowers were delivered well. The sales photo shows a clear vase with a ribbon. They gave us a sold green vase with no ribbon. The flowers were a nice variety, mostly half open/bloomed, but no soft pink rose buds were included, as shown in the sales photo. For a total of $65, I expect to receive a closer representation of the sales photo.

If I could give them more stars I most certainly would, best experience buying flowers to date.
