It’s my first time receiving roses, when I saw the wonderful lady walk into my job with this huge bouquet of roses I thought “someone got ROSES I can’t wait to see who it is” little did I know they were for me. They went above and beyond getting the delivery out - I had told them it was okay to leave by the front door, but she was afraid the chocolate might melt - no one seemed to be home the recipients or neighbors but the delivery person persevered and found one! I ordered the Tropical Splendor bouquet (the basic one) to be delivered in January. It arrived in great condition, with the same flowers that had been advertised. It looked even better than the pic on the website. It did not come with a vase, however; it came in a box (according to the recipient). My aunt said the foam base (taken out of the box) was too large for her vases, but she put it in a crystal bowl, and it looked amazing. She was very pleased.

You never know what you’re getting with a florist long distance. Infinity’s website was easy, the creative designs were not boiler plate. They texted me when they were on the way, called me when the recipient wasn’t home and emailed a photo, albeit the same one from the website. Our friend also emailed a photo and it was very close to that of the website with the exception of a couple of color changes - still in the same family of colors. All in all, a terrific. I highly recommend Infinity!

I live in Utah and needed flowers delivered to my mom who lives in Arizona for Christmas. So I went online searching. I chose Infinity Floral Design because they had the most reviews with the highest ratings.
My family and I looked at the “Christmas selection” and chose our favorite. It was a simple process to order online.
I ordered them on Monday and they had them delivered by Tuesday at 12pm! I also love that they sent me an email showing a picture of the bouquet being delivered to the recipient so that I could see what it looked like!

Took apart arrangement to try fresh water but discovered a piece of plastic wrap we between the floral foam and the water. the 6 stems of small pink flowers were sickly looking when the bouquet was delivered. this morning they are half dead. no one is answering the phone at the florist bc it is the day b4 mothers day. the rest of the bouquet is lovely but i either want new pink flowers or a partial refund to my daughter to make up for the half dead flowers. if you don't have flowers that look like they are worth the $150 that my daughter paid, don't put them in the bouquet. substitute something that isn't dead. just bc it's one of you busiest days, don't shortchange paying customers!!!

We ordered Mother's Day flowers from another website (1-800 Flowers) and received notification the flowers had been delivered when, in fact, they hadn't. Mistakes happen, but the follow up was less than ideal. It took a 45 minute phone call for them to agree to deliver replacement flowers, which wouldn't happen until much later in the week. I canceled that order and ordered again, this time with Infinity.
The ordering process was easy and the prices were fair. Importantly, the flowers were delivered as promised. We even received a phone call from the delivery individual when no one answered the door, to ensure it was ok to leave the flowers. They even waited patiently on the phone as my wife tried to contact her step-mother to see if she was home. They were pleasant the entire time and seemed committed to making certain we were happy with the process.
We received photo confirmation the flowers had been delivered. They also told us to let them know if the flower arrangement wasn't as expected, of high enough quality, or if anything wasn't to our liking.
This was our first time using Infinity Floral but we'll continue to return for this level of attention and commitment.

I am very disappointed in your service. I ordered flowers the day before my sister’s 70th birthday, to be delivered on her birthday. In your request box, I did kindly request a noon delivery if possible, understanding that times can’t always be honored or guaranteed. Yet, the flowers were delivered at 7pm, not the flower arrangement I ordered and they were wilted! Infinity Floral Designs is located in Surprise within 20 minutes of my sister’s home & I don’t comprehend why they couldn’t be delivered at an earlier, reasonable time. Website states orders placed by 2pm can be delivered the same day-so why can’t an order placed the day before be delivered at a reasonable time during the day! In speaking w Trinity at Infinity Floral Designs, she kept referring to the fine print on the website regarding occasional flower substitutions & delivery until 730pm. However, she failed to even mention your satisfaction guarantee policy-a 48 hour guarantee if not satisfied with the purchased product & a replacement will be sent. She had no interest whatsoever in my concerns or even offer your guarantee as a solution. I only know of this guarantee after going back and reviewing your website again.
Again, I am greatly disappointed in your service, quality of your flowers and your response.

Some of the stems are at least 2" short of the bottom of the vase, so perhaps between waterings may have not reached the water. I live in North Carolina, but wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Arizona. I looked up local florists in Surprise and was drawn to Infinity Floral Designs web page. It was beautifully designed and easy to navigate.
My decision was tough. They have several bouquets in various price ranges. I had to make a call to the shop, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

You did not send a comfort lily as ordered, instead you send an Anthurium Plant. The replacement plant looks good I think but not what I ordered. You should have contacted me before sending something else if you didn't have the lily. The message I sent with the plant was relevant to the lily and not the plant you sent. Not good. Why didn't you notice that issue before letting the delivery go out the door? I at least would have changed my message. Goodness.

I tried unsuccessfully to call the shop numerous times between 5:00 and 6:00 and would get a Verizon message that you are not available. This arrangement was close to what was advertised and, my sweetheart loved it! She enjoyed receiving the vase - thought it was quite pretty. The only issue she had was though she changed water daily and added food, the flowers didn’t last as long as she had hoped. As I said, that was the only issue. What a great experience- order was just as described if not bigger. It was beautiful and my daughter was thrilled. It was also great to watch the delivery app. Lol. We could see exactly where the driver was and what vehicle he was driving. It even gave the car make and drivers name.

The flowers that we ordered were just beautiful. The communication text from the delivery person was good too. The problem was that my friend got someone else's card in her envelope. She didn't know who the flowers were from. She called right away to the shop and left a message. No response. She called the next day and left I believe 2 more messages. Still no response. When she finally got to speak to someone at the shop, they were able to send her an email with the the correct message and she could tell who had sent the flowers. The person she spoke to on the phone wasn't that helpful. I gave 3 stars as I felt the service with my friend could have been better. Thank you

Frankly, I was disappointed. First, they were delivered late. Second, 2 of the balloons popped as the driver got out of the car, and 3rd, they were supposed to look like the above picture, but they didn't. There were 2 square get well balloons, exactly the same, and the latex balloons were GREY, WHITE, AND LIGHT PINK. And they were drooping. Hardly cheerful. (I wish I could attach a picture.) If you dont care about reviews don't read this. According to the manager she has enough customers that a bad review will not hurt their business. I spent a good amount of money for a floral bouquet which my mom received late on Friday and by Monday half of the flowers were dead. When my mom spoke to the manager on Tuesday she started talking about bacteria and that my mom should have pulled the flowers out of the glass vase and washed it. First of all I have never heard this and second of all, why are they sending out vases that have bacteria in them? I wish there was a way for me to post pictures to show the complete disappointment that these flowers brought to my mom when I had hoped for the exact opposite affect. There was no remorse or attempt to rectify the situation by the manager. A complete waste of money.

I was not very happy, my client send me a photo of the bouquet.
The first bouquet the purple roses were close to dead. She rejected taking the bouquet because it looked so bad. The next bouquet the purple roses were taken out and the other almost dead flowers were left in bouquet. The leaf looked wilted from the photo also. The Hydrangea has died. the only thing that looks good is the orchid, the new pink roses and pink tulips are the only flowers alive after less than 24 hours.

I ordered an arrangement online (I live in GA) for my elderly (81) mother to be delivered on Friday, 12/21. She lives at Fellowship Square Senior Living and has just gotten home from the hospital. The flowers finally were delivered at 8:00 pm that evening. Who delivers flowers that late? This is not normal business hours! Since it was so late, they couldn't be delivered to her door and they sat in the office overnight. My mother had to go get them in the morning with her buggy and shlep them up to her apartment by herself. Not the delivery I expected. My mother lives in Fellowship Square on W. Bell Road, the same W. Bell Road that Infinity Floral Design is located on only 4.5 miles away. This was just rude of Infinity Floral Design, who never contacted me to see if the next day would have worked for delivery instead of 8:00 pm that night. Pick a different florist!!

Very unfortunate. Zero stars. Not only were the flowers of low quality but so was the the customer care. As a business owner I was very unsatisfied with the customer care given to me by Victoria. I emailed Tuesday about my dissatisfaction of the roses I was sent for my wives birthday on Friday. They had not lasted more than two days and we're completely wilted at the bud and the petals were blackening by Sunday evening. My wife who was a florist in Ireland changed the water and used the sachet but to no avail. Anyway, I was told after emailing a second time to see if the previous complaint had been read that if not contacted within 72 hours the business policy does not allow any help on their part. It was obvious by my pictures that the flowers were dead by Monday when taken and sent via email Tuesday. This immovable, dismissive non customer-centric attitude I suggest should be examined by management and or the owners. Unless it is a special occasion we buy our fresh flowers in Tader Joe's and they can last up to and further than two weeks including roses. I have used a lot of florists but decided to support a local small business which unfortunately I regret and will NEVER recommend. Customer care is paramount to good business. If a week old I would not have taken issue or even five days but after two days and after emailing the Tuesday with evidence of the roses dying Monday inside the 72 hour policy timeline I feel I was unfairly treated. Disgraceful.

Ordering flowers long distance is never easy, until I called Infinity Floral Designs. I originally ordered online and then the day before they were being delivered, I learned my stepmom was in the hospital. I called the shop, Jada helped me and was so nice, she said they would change the delivery to the hospital, just like that; and she assured me they would keep her home address in case she had been released from the hospital, either way she would receive her flowers. I received a call once the flowers were delivered and my stepmom was raving about how beautiful the boquet is!! I'm so happy I found Infinity and I'll be using them always in the future.
