This lovely floral arrangement is hand delivered in a clear glass cube vase with a Ti-Leaf wrapped inside of it. Standard size is approximately 9in (W) x 9in (H). Deluxe and Premium versions are larger and feature more premium blooms hand arranged in larger glass vases.

Care Tips: Place your bouquet in a cool location. Don't put the arrangement in direct sunlight, near heating or cooling vents, in drafty places, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators. Check water level daily, keep the vase filled with water. Change water every 2-3 days and apply a sharp fresh cut to the stems. This process will ensure extended flower's life span.

I’m pretty saddened to say that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I had placed an order of peonies and what I got seemed like old peonies or a different type of flower. What was delivered was not even close to the picture they have on their website, I called and I was hoping for at least a discount towards my next order if a replacement was not an option but I didn’t even get that courtesy.

Hello Manuel, what we have tried to explain to you over the phone is that there are many sorts of pink peonies and all of them bloom a little different. The same arrangement you've ordered from us (back in 2019) may have had a different sort of pink peonies in it. We do not advertise specific sort of peonies we use as it would be simply impossible to carry them year round. Instead our advertisement clearly states (color) pink peonies and pink cymbidium orchids which is exactly what was delivered. We can request a replacement from the farm if there is a problem reported to us within 48hrs but the pictures you have provided show pink peonies in a perfect bloom so there is nothing to report. As for discounts, we offer discounts in cases where we make a mistake.. and in your case there was no mistake, everything was prepared and delivered correctly. All of the designs posted on our website are our own so we know exactly what is being used for every single arrangement and how to design it since it is our own creation. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
