Megan was extremely helpful and communicative. I was concerned that the flowers wouldn't be delivered on time, but Megan asswaged my fears by giving me current updates on status of the flowers, and because the delivery person wasn't allowed to take them personally to her, she had them wait until they were picked up. Just a fantastic experience all around!

First time using Heirloom & Co. for flower delivery. My experience couldn't have been better. Flowers were ordered and set to be delivered before a holiday weekend and I was worried about the availability of delivery and if the flowers would arrive on time before my girlfriend left for the weekend. Megan was amazing. She called me and assured my the delivery would arrive before 2pm and then actually made the delivery herself. Megan also added personal touches to the card and arraignment. I highly recommend Heirloom & Co. and I will be visiting them again.

I called Megan at the last minute on Thanksgiving. She said as open and ready for a new customer. She helped my wife and I pick out two beautiful bouquets. She helped us choose the vases and personally delivered them to our place just in time for a party. She was very helpful and incredibly friendly. Great quality products and excellent service. I would highly recommend her business and her to anyone looking for a high quality and high class florist. Great work Megan. Thanks. I wanted to send my friend who just moved to Orange County a little welcome to your new home succulent arrangement.
