The orchids in the photograph are visually stunning but the orchids that were delivered to my grieving friend were lackluster and there were not enough blooms. Very disappointed in the final product.

Sorry for hearing your disappointment. We used exactly same premium orchids and materials as fresh ones. However, it might look less bloom than as pictured on our website since we used fresh ones to stay longer to fully blooms, which means recipients enjoy your gift longer. If you would like to replace with fully bloomed one, we are happy to exchange. Please let me know your thoughts.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
