Glendora Florist really went above and beyond for us today! Who would have thought that on a Sunday, in the middle of a pandemic, we could place an order and a have a gorgeous arrangement delivered to our friend within 90 minutes? Well, it happened and we couldn't be more pleased. The flowers are absolutely beautiful. The ordering process was easy--website was easy to navigate, communication via email to confirm the order, payment, and delivery was timely and effective. Not only did my arrangement look almost identical to the image on their website, but it actually turned out even better than I expected!! Quality flowers with attention to detail in it's placement...it matched what I had ordered.
Also, Noah, the delivery person was awesome...he called me to ask what I wanted to do when the recipient wasn't home; he gave me my options, and even sent me a picture to show me how he handled the delivery.
Their customer service was outstanding and my order was treated with care. They clearly valued my business!

I was notified that the actual arrangement would contain changes, which it did. It was still nice but had nothing colorful in it like the ad. That was disappointing.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
