The bouquet was lovely and it arrived at time requested. However, the additional candy I requested and paid for was already opened before it arrived. I sent an e-mail about it, but haven’t responded yet. Otherwise the flowers more than met my expectations and they were timely and the balloon fun!

I did not have a good experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered the Saturday before Mother’s Day and received a confirmation number. The flowers weren’t delivered on Saturday and Sunday morning, I replied to the confirmation email asking for an update. No reply, no delivery. By Sunday evening, I emailed again asking that my order be cancelled. No reply. So I cancel the credit card transaction and thought that would be the end of it. Then on Tuesday, I get an email saying the flowers were delivered but there wasn’t any at the door (I checked my door camera to ensure I didn’t miss the delivery). Pretty disappointed all around.

It was beautiful & very close to the picture. Didn't have as many flowers but that was because I bought to least expensive one. But it was stunning. I would definitely buy from Gene's again.

Delivery was on time, as promised. Arrangement was perfect, as hoped for.

Ordered Birthday flowers for wife. Delivered as requested and they way exceeded my expectations. The vase was just stuffed (nicely) with beautiful/fresh flowers.

I usually order from FTD, but after learning about the challenges local florists face with larger platforms, I decided to give Gene's Frederick Florist & Gift Baskets a try, hoping to support them directly. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.To begin, I received an email notification stating that my flowers had been delivered on the date I requested. This was not the case, and it left me in a quandary, wondering why my friend hadn't acknowledged the gesture. When I attempted to contact the florist, I found discrepancies in the contact numbers listed on their Google business page versus their website. Both numbers led to an unidentifiable voicemail with no proper introduction, leaving me to question the legitimacy of my order.In a last-ditch effort, I reached out to BloomNation, their ordering platform, but received minimal assistance. To add to the frustration, the florist was trying to deliver the flowers a day later than scheduled. When I finally saw the arrangement sent by my friend, the quality was noticeably subpar, especially considering I had chosen an upgraded version.

In conclusion, while my intention was to support a local business, this experience has made me reconsider. I'll be reverting to FTD, which, in my experience, offers superior customer service and accountability.

This arrangement was for my son and daughter (I love) for the arrival of our second granddaughter. Absolutely beautiful in the pictures they sent me. They said that the arrangement was beautiful and very fragrant.

The flowers received were not the pink and white carnations. You should have contacted me that you were going to switch the colors. Very disappointed!

I wrote a message to be delivered with the flowers and my message was cut short and my name and sender information was left out. The person that received the flowers didn't know who delivered the flowers to her. I only found out that the flowers were delivered to her through Facebook and reached out to her and let her know that sent the flowers to her. I was very upset with the service provided

My sister-in-law loved her birthday bouquet and said it was "gorgeous." I picked a color palette thought she'd like, and the delivered flowers looked just as I hoped they would. My

Absolutely horrible business. Ordered a dozen roses for over $100 at 7am on Valentines Day for my wife. No update given throughout the day. Tried calling several times and went straight to voicemail which was full. Flowers were delivered at 9:30pm after we had gone to bed. Refund was requested for completely unacceptable service. This was outright denied. Would never recommend this flower shop to anyone. Do not give them business. Worst service I’ve experienced.

I purchased this item but it was never delivered. I asked for a refund but never received that either. Proceed with caution and don't order from this company.
