The designer's choice bouquet was beautiful, actually my friends said, "the flowers are gorgeous." They shared a photo with me, as well. The delivery was made promptly and thoughtfully. This wasn't at all like the picture I chose from and you were supposed to call before you got there and never did, I told you she was a brand new mom.
Also, I tried to call you several times, which you had directed if I had questions, which I did. You don't answer the phone. I tried several times and you cannot leave a message. I would think twice about ordering from you again and this was not a cheap purchase.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
