Order did not meet expectation. The flowers delivered were not the flowers I ordered online.I contacted the florist to complain and they said they made me the wrong arrangement. How do you make the wrong arrangement. Its like ordering a steak and getting fish. They immediately sent the me the correct arrangement within an hour. Very disappointed in the correct arrangement for the price I paid. Looks thrown together and half assed. Forward ahead 1 day.... and the hydrangeas and tea roses are already wilted. I will never order from here again.

If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
