The most beautiful arrangement I have ever purchased. It is difficult to gauge the size of arrangements online. There is no way to describe the caliber of the flowers. They were extraordinary and beautiful. The flowers were delivered for my moms 55th birthday and have stayed fresh for a very long time. I am always hesitant to buy flowers online. I liked the ease of ordering online. When no one answered the phone, text or door, the delivery person texted me and asked if he/she could leave the flowers on the front porch. I really appreciated that. The only thing I would note is that the flowers looked nothing like the photo online. The colors and types of flowers were all different. From the photo my friend sent me, it looked like a lovely fall bouquet -- and I know they reserve the right to switch out flowers. But why post all the different photos of bouquets when they probably won't look anything like that? Next time, I'll just call and say make up something nice with what you have.

You payment system allows me to pay with my visa and enter in my UK address… a number of USA sites are not set up to pay with a foreign address and i end up ordering though Amazon instead out of frustration.

Blooming success! I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. I live in California and recently sent sympathy flowers to a friend in Reno after his father passed. I ordered the "Hilda" arrangement online. They were made and delivered the next day as requested, although not with the same "simple silver vase" as described in the store photo. My friend sent me a pic of the arrangement on Monday afternoon. However, by Friday morning, the pic shows the flowers were already wilting. Although my friend did say they were still fragrant. Disappointed the flowers didn't last longer, but overall satisfied with the order and customer service received by phone. Would recommend and use again.

I live in Las Vegas and my mother lives in Reno. I went online and searched for a florist in Reno and went off reviews. I placed an order for a bouquet of tulips and later learned that tulips are deadly to my mother’s cats! I reached out to the florist right away, via email, and received a quick response. I sent them a list of flowers, that are not deadly to cats, and they made an arrangement based on that list. My mother loved the arrangement and I really appreciate how they handled it so quickly :)

These flowers turned out gorgeous. They are so unique and truly are beautiful. I've ordered many flowers from several different shops in Reno and these upon first arrival were absolutely spectacular. I'm taking a star off because my mom received the flowers yesterday and today several (six to be exact) have already severely wilted and are dying (two are completely dead). She watered them right before bed, first thing in the morning and has checked them all throughout the day. We are trying to figure out why and we think perhaps the vase used is just too shallow to substantiate that big of a bouquet. Or perhaps it's just luck of the draw with each flower. Either way we are saddened to have that many flowers down the very next day upon receiving them. Again, they are (were) stunning, but we have mixed feelings.

We absolutely agree Valentine’s Day pricing is more expensive! Industry wide, florists are charged up to 50% more during this period from their wholesale suppliers & flower growers, which clients aren’t aware of. Our best recommendation for our clients is to order Valentine’s Day flowers the week prior to the Valentine’s Day holiday- that way your sweetie can enjoy those beautiful blooms all through the week (& you aren’t paying higher holiday pricing!). Additionally, the delivery zip code you requested is outside of our local delivery area, which resulted in a delivery charge at $1.60 per mile, or $75 + $20 tax. Their arrangements are sublime - just as beautiful if not more so than pictured. I just love that you can make color and floral requests - they are truly artisan designers. My sister-in-law was wowed by her arrangment - even really liked the artistic container the flowers arrived in. She will likely be placing her own orders with Galena Forest Flowers in the future. In addition to the floral arrangment, Galena offers a thoughtful selection of gifts to add-on that are very complimentary--tie nicely with the arrangements. I chose lavendar geranium shower steamers and honey caramels that all together made it the perfect special occasion gift! Wish I could give them a perfect 10...and standing ovation! I would highly them :)

With the full, voluminous bouquet...it out-shined her husbands flowers by a football field, sorry Neel! They were so beautiful and the price was fantastic for what she received. The flowers were great! My only beef is when it comes to the payment portion, you guys add an amount to the tip portion of the bill even if the order was to be picked up. You did not give me a choice about it. Please do something about it for pick up orders. Thanks.

These are beautiful and almost exactly as photo depicts. The only difference is my bouquet has lilies, which I adore. However if someone didn't like liliesor the fragrance they have... they would'nt be happy- but I am!
