I cannot rave enough about Barbara and Focus Floral. We ordered two arrangements for a celebration of life. They were gorgeous. But when Barbara realized the space where one was going to be used, she agreed it needed to be larger. She went out of her way to quickly redo the arrangement to make it larger. Her work paid off. The flowers were stunning and everyone was asking us where we had gotten them. Thank you!

I personally delivered your $75.00 vased floral 30 minutes prior to the service.
They were logged in and placed where the funeral home requires them. Their staff moves them.
I am sorry that did not occur.
I agreed to, and have refunded you.
Your negative review is frustrating, as I would never deliver flowers late and not contact you. As you can see from all of my 5 star reviews, Customer Satisfaction

There was some challenges getting the delivery into the large complex, and Focus Floral was so good in communicating so that my flowers got delivered and into the right hands. I was disappointed that the arrangement was $125 for 10 roses and 3 cymbidiums. It seemed pretty steep for such a small arrangement. Then the taxes and delivery it came to $168. I'd choose another arrangement next time - it didn't meet my expectations.
