The purple flower already looked tired when we picked up the corsage & there were spots that looked like glue on the petals, though when we mentioned this at the shop we were told the flower was perfect. Then literally a few seconds after my son put the corsage on his date's wrist, the bouquet fell off the metal "brace," which the bouquet had just been resting on. We tried attaching it by squeezing the metal clamps, but that did nothing. We ended up using a hair band to attach the bouquet to the clamp. This was extremely disappointing, but the hair band saved the day. Previous to this, our Flowers of the Valley orders have always been lovely.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
