I order a tropical bouquet for my mother’s birthday same day because I failed to remember it was her birthday ahead of time. We live far apart so having a local business deliver her a bouquet the same day was important to me. Because I ordered so last minute, I missed the deadline for fresh flowers of from the flower mart for what I had ordered (that shows the quality of this business’s work). The florist reached out about the dilemma and offered me a solution. Wow! She blew it out of the water, made a stunning bouquet with what she had on hand and had it delivered to my mother just in time for her to return home from work. Bloomnation saved the day! I’ll be ordering from them again for Mother’s Day and ahead of time.

I am a customer from Edmonton, Canada. I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered to my cousin in Vista, CA for her birthday. The customer service and personal attention given to my order was above and beyond what I expected. I spoke with Karen on the delivery day to confirm everything and her professionalism and attention to detail was excellent. This picture is what I ordered. Instead my mom got a bunch of white roses…no renaculas or greenery or anything…And It was in a terrible looking white vase.

I received 5 star service from Karen and the recipient of my gift was thrilled with gorgeous flowers she received exactly on schedule. She sent me photos and the bouquet is very beautiful and unique - definitely created by an artist - it deserves to be the subject of painting.

This is a little late; however, the delivery was last minute on March 23rd, 2019 and the service and flowers were excellent. A great value too.

I ordered flowers and then had to cancel the order. It has been 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund.

Flowers were delivered special on Saturday because recipient wasn’t home on Friday. They were exactly as ordered. Highly recommend this florist.

They were pretty, but definitely didn't look like this picture. I saw them myself because I went to the grand opening. I don't know if it was because the person I sent them to needed to fan the flowers out but they were all bunched up together if that makes sense. I would have thought there wouldn't be a need to do anything with them when delivered in a vase.
