I am very disappointed with your service. The flowers were not delivered yesterday, June 9 and I cannot reach anyone on the listed phone number 571-263-9283 and the message box is full so I cannot leave a message.

My order number is Order #8241022632 and $91.30 has been charged to my Visa. I would like to have an answer about my order.

I hoped giving a 20% tip would encourage good service. Not only was the arrangement delivered very late, the sunflowers were wilted.

Mom said they looked beautiful. They were delivered exactly when promised.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day morning.
Flowers were delivered at 6pm after multiple calls
Ordered additional Ferrero Rocher. 2 regular chocolate bars were delivered instead.
Terrible service. Will not order again.

Excellent efficient service.

Extremely disappointed. The flowers were delivered at 9 PM after the holiday meal was long over and most guests had gone home.
I ordered Premium upgrade and it was really nothing special and definitely not spectacular. Nice enough for a bedside table but not as holiday gift for hostess.
Cannot imagine what the “Standard” would have looked like.

The flowers were gorgeous and my daughter really appreciated them. The service was excellent. You answered all my requests and I can say you are very professional.
