Flowers were nice. I placed my order early in the morning and bought this because it was advertised as same day delivery yet it was changed later to next day delivery ( day of funeral) it did arrive before the service but I did not appreciate the change. Please update your ad to reflect the proper delivery time.

The funeral home you were sending to is not open if there is no service that day and this particular funeral home does not have a flower room we can leave arrangements in for next-day services. We moved your delivery to the day of service for these reasons.

I've never disappointed as I always get a phone call telling me how beautiful the flowers are, and when I get there myself it's always just what I ordered in the picture. Over the years I've never been disappointed in the flowers I order form Rafters. I, by mistake, once ordered from another florist, and the worst that could happen was my flowers weren't delivered and I got an apology four days later. Just order your flowers from Rafters, and you will neve be disappointed. Rafters is a wonderful local flower shop that goes above and beyond.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
