I haven't actually seen the flowers but I heard from Kristine and she loved them.

I thought the process was easy and the delivery went very smooth. My friend who received the flowers loved them as well. Thank you!!

The flowers I ordered for sympathy as shown in this photo were not even close to what was delivered to the family, I received a photo of what was actually delivered, very disappointing. The arrangement had No irises, unattractive dried black things the arrangement appeared to be thrown together. I called three times and texted and did not receive any response. Sad when the flowers should represent the photo and our condolences. O out of 5 for lack of quality and no reply. It would not let me select no stars.

Florist's response:
This client ordered for delivery on the same week as Valentine's Day, which is the busiest day of the year for florists. Although she ordered a very basic arrangement, we actually upgraded her to a super premium with extra large box and plentiful flowers w/ a card and envelope. Because we were sold out of iris's and none of the wholesalers had any in stock due to V-Day, we substituted it with other beautiful flowers. The "unattractive black things" that client referred to was actually imported European Alpine Sea Holly flowers. Overall, the arrangement we made for her was literally double the price she paid because we had to substitute certain flowers. We apologize if the client isn't happy, but we literally went above and beyond to make it right! On another note, our driver told us the receiver of the flower had a very huge smile on her face when she saw the flower arrangement and was very thankful.

I was really impressed by the service at Flower Infinity, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and delivered on the day I asked for. Will definitely buy from here again in future!

My aunt was so thrilled with the bouquet she received, and I am pleased with the service, and quality of the arrangement. The delivery driver also thoughtfully left me a nice voicemail indicating he left the arrangement on the front porch in the shade so I could let my aunt know it was there. Thank you for once again exceeding my expectations, and for the complementary Mother’s Day card for her you included!

This company made a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangemnt for my friend. I got a text msg when my flower design was finished and it looked btr than the picture online. Their delivery person had some issues finding my friends address but they called and texted me right away for clarification instead of just leaving it there outside. Really appreciate Flower Infinity for their customer service and job well done.

Love the service, beautiful arrangement my friend Vikki Morrison love the colors, she was in the hospital for few days and came home , the flowers made her day.

Very very nice people who gave me the Best customer service! They texted me a picture of finished product before delivery and kept me informed on day of delivery. The receiver of my flower arrangement told me they absolutely loved it and it looked beautiful :)

Debby, the owner, was very kind and thoughtful. My flowers were for a holiday and although she was out of the exact arrangement that I ordered, she worked with me to find a solution. And, after hours on a Saturday night no less. Thank you Debby.

I was very happy to support this local florist, but was amazed at the service I received, and the quality of their product. After the order was confirmed, they actually sent me three pictures of the flowers and card before it was delivered. Then when it was delivered, they sent me a text message to say that the delivery man waited for 10 minutes at the door, and when nobody answered, they left the flowers at the front door. They then texted me a picture of how they left the flowers at the front door so I could notify the recipient. I absolutely will use this company again and again! They were amazing!

BEST FLORAL DESIGNER IN OC!! They went above and beyond with my arrangement. On day of delivery, the company texted me a live picture of the actual arrangement, so I could see the final product beforehand. Really appreciate this service. My client who received the flowers LOVED THEM!
