I have used this company twice now and let me say that the customer service I was provided was phenomenal. When I made my purchase of a hefty sum I was emailed by the owner and told that she didn’t have the flowers I’d ordered as it was same day delivery, I understood this and was about to take the next day option instead when the owner graciously offered to replace the missing flowers with equal value and beauty that she had on hand. I accepted of course and the arrangement was hands down “the biggest arrangement my girl has ever seen” her quote.
So I say again, this company went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate and recommend this service to anyone! Amazing place I will continue to use in the future

We deliver in the Greater Sacramento area and we suggest ordering a MINIMUM 1 week ahead for closest match to any item on our site. We will do our best to get your order as close to the photo as possible. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we suggest your order a few WEEKS early but we will continue accepting orders until all delivery slots are full. Substitutions may be made in any case. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
