Our premium vased dozen includes filler flowers, lush greenery a gorgeous bow and quality vase. We deliver our roses completely arranged so there is no fuss to find scissors. All of this is included; there are no hidden costs for the best, most perfect roses you will find. Vase, filler flowers and greenery may vary.
The roses we carry are Colombian roses and Ecuadorian roses, which are much bigger than red California roses.

Wasn’t want I selected nor was it worth $143.00 compare pictures of what I choose in comparison to what my 90 yrs old mother received so disappointed.
I should of been contacted my selection was not available.

Hi Michelle, your order for 12 long stem red roses was filled as such. No changes or substitutions were necessary. Photo shows the same greens roses and alstromeria that we ended up using. There was one greenery item the boxwood that wasn't available however that is not much of a change. We did contact you twice to see if you'd rather have a colored rose but did not get a reply so kept your original request for red roses. I'm sorry you are disappointed and am available if you'd like to speak in person so I can better understand.

We will do our best to get your order as close to the photo as possible. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we suggest your order a few WEEKS early but we will continue accepting orders until all delivery slots are full. Substitutions may be made in any case. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
