Fantastic!!!.Delivered on time and absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were perfect. we had to photograph the flowers so we could show it to everyone. Stormy said that this was prepared by artists. The delivery was timely. The flowers looked nice. The only small issue was that they were red even though the photo and description stated pink color roses. The disclaimer said some flowers could be replaced based on seasonal availability. But I didn’t expect to not see red roses instead of pink. Both are currently in season…
Also, pink is my friend’s favorite color. I was really hoping she’d receive the pink ones.

I had a couple of broken rose stems , 2 of the lilys peddles were dying and their were more green then flowers. I bought beautiful premium flowers last year and was expecting the same thing this year and unfortunately was very disappointed.

I was really happy with the experience purchasing. The price seemed fair and the product looks exactly as it appeared on the photo. The magic touch was they wrote by hand what I wrote on the message, which is the way I would have preferred but never even asked for it. My wife is happy, and you know what they say… happy wife, happy life. ❤️
Oh, one last detail, they delivered early in the morning as I asked for with less than one day notice, picked up the phone when I called, and even called me back to tell me it was a gated community and wanted to get more details to make sure they could come in. However, the card accompanying the flowers was not the right card unfortunately the driver understood that and since this was a sympathy upon death card he went out and got the correct. Thanks card. I would just advise that you make sure you match the cards to the orders. Otherwise your five stars stars

Also, I let him know there's a weird thing with your incoming emails, and Download Picture doesn't work... Your logo doesn't come up.

While the arrangement was lovely, for the price of the Deluxe I was hoping there'd be more roses.. There were only a few full roses, with some very small buds, and mainly red carnations. One of the lilies was also completely wilted. I'm a bit bummed, but the receiver was happy so that's what counts.

From the point of view of quantity its always amazing to see 3 dozens all together BUT as of the roses quality I cant say it was great, all petals were burned, nothing to do with the posted picture on their site. All roses had a faded dark red with burned blackish petals.
