The arrangement I received looked nothing like the arrangement. These roses are a pale pink and already have brown around the edges and some on them are bending over already... Very UPSETING being that I paid $197.00 for this arrangement.
The roses were supposed to be long hot pink roses , plus extra roses and extra star gazer Lillie’s. I paid for the deluxe arrangement.
Its a beautiful arrangement just not as new of flowers or the right color.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
